Diva 357: my experience with this company was over-the-top it started off with Brent Cassidy project manager Who came to my home to explain in detail what we talked about on the phone and made wanting to be a part of the California renewable energy family encouraging. I wasn’t sure at first until he explained in detail the benefits and I was sold. He followed up every step of the way, sending an amazing guy that did the installation who was extremely professional, very considerate with my space. and the continual calls and then showing up making sure that the install was going great and the final installation was done satisfactory and it was. I had a very old system and they worked miracles to make things happen for me. I highly appreciate the whole process. Thank you so much I now have heat real heat and not I have to wait 30 to an hour to warm up Thank you Brent thank you Nate and thank you to The installation guy gosh I believe his name was Dave he was incredible. The best part all that was done was very affordable. I highly recommend this company for anyone that needs to update their old system or have a better system than what they probably have. Karen Wood: I was experiencing trouble with my air conditioning unit for the past two summers. I was getting no airflow and my house would not cool lower than 85°. I called Clear Efficiency and they came out and quoted me a price and I was so impressed that I decided to go with them. Their crew came out and was polite, professional, and did an outstanding job installing both my air conditioner and heater. The crew’s answered my questions and continue to update me on what they were doing, they even cleaned up after themselves. They wrapped the walls where the heater was to control the heat in that space. They installed new ductwork and installation, again fixing the leaks that were happening in the old system. The team's completed the job on time and as quoted. I’ve used the Air conditioner now for two days and it is working absolutely phenomenal. It’s cooling my house like I’ve never seen before and I couldn’t be more pleased with the process and outcome working with Clear Efficiency. Their communication was super from start to finish. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a quality product and professional services for your needs of an air-conditioning unit. Absolutely the best company I’ve ever worked with.

I've never had a more pleasant experience in dealing with a so called in home sales person. He was anything but that. He informed me of all the options and benefits of what different solutions would do to our house. He was SUPER knowledgeable and took to speak with my dad over the phone to explain what he felt would help my home out the most. He was absolutely no pressure and overall a fantastic representative of the company. Once we decided to go with redoing our attic and having it airsealed and having insulation added. The home feels like a new experience. No more cold drafts. My hvac system runs half of what it used to and I've noticed a big difference on my energy bill. Kenneth found me a great finance option with a very low monthly payment and I could not be more happy with the choice I've made to choose Clear Efficiency over the other companies I had out before them. Out of the four companies I had out, Kenneth was the only one that I felt that was not annoyed by the many questions that I had. Also I found out that they were Pearl Certified and all their work is 3rd party Certified and actually adds value to my home. The panels I chose has a 40yr warranty with the best specs out of all other panels I was shown. From Kenneth to the staff and install crew. If I could give 10stars, I would. He was able to price the same exact system with 13 panels and was still cheaper than the competitions quote.I did my homework and got quotes from other solar businesses for 4.5kw systems and SEB still beat all the other prices.Financing was easy with a low interest rate. And installation was a breeze only taking 5 hours.I’ll be getting another house in the future and will be sure to go back to SEB again.
Doug Spindler: The reason for my initial 1-star review is that I am a PG&E customer and PG&E's rate plans.If you are a PG&E customer this is something you should know before installing solar. PG&E has 14 different rate plans for solar customers. Unlike other power companies PG&E allows you sell your excess solar electricity to PG&E from anywhere between $0.14 and $0.55. Then when you need electricity you can buy it back. This means you can sell electricity to PG&E at $0.55 and buy it back for just $0.14 which leave you with a $0.41 credit to buy electricity from PG&E at another time. This also means I do not need as many solar panels saving me thousands of dollars.
