One memorable story was about a critical incident where she performed neonatal resuscitation in a non-hospital setting. Her teaching style was engaging, making the class an invaluable experience. I left with a deeper understanding of neonatal resuscitation and a renewed commitment to neonatal care.

Taylor Burwell: I renewed my BLS and completed both my ACLS and PALS through Safety Training Seminars. They made it super easy to do! I was able to get them all done very quickly since they had open appointments almost every day of the week. They also responded right away when I had questions about the certificates. I would highly recommend using them!
giana santori: Instructions were very clear, it was easy to access the room and work with the equipment. It took me 15 minutes and I had no problems.

Lee Snider: I cannot and express enough how I love the Roseville office. After completing the online portion you go to the office to complete. There are only two mannequin stations. It is well lit, air-conditioned and quiet. It is only you and possibly one other. It is great to be in your thoughts and completing your BLS, PALS and/or ACLS.
Stephanie Ross: I waited until after my exam to review. My appointment was originally on Monday but due to technical difficulties, I had to reschedule for the next day. On Tuesday, I was able to sign in and get right to the program and begin testing. Even though it was computer led, I still felt comfortable and confident in my performance. I appreciated the feedback and being able to fix my stance to better perform.My only complaint is that I wish there was a way for the organization to let you know that they are experiencing some difficulties and allow you to reschedule before hand. I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with tech support and customer service when I was technically on exam time. This was very frustrating and I was worried I would be penalized for this. Thankfully I was able to reschedule but like I said, maybe in the future they warn people before the appointment time incase they need to reschedule.
William Sloan: Good review of basic life support and hands-on mastery of the techniques. However, not all of the equipment was in working order and needed attention.
David Alexander: The green bag with adult size face mask used for ventilations was poorly inflated thereby making a tight seal over the nose/mouth of the mannequin very difficult causing me to fail the test several times. I had to borrow the BVM from the other station.
Delilah Conley: Efficient and easy!!! Quality and convenience.
Linda hargreaves: I took the BLS and the CPR at the same time. The only negative is that I had to do the same BLS tasks twice. The benefit is that I did all my learning at home, did not have to listen to someone who was just giving me the answers to questions, and learned a lot more about pediatric lung disease and cardiac problems. I like that this woman owned business is available for me as I am a strong supporter for all women and children. 馃槂
Brayden Beaubier: I completed my bls renewal, ACLS, and PALS skills certification in about an hour. The training center was easy to access and clean. Prior to my course, they promptly helped me deal with a scheduling issue with no problems. I would highly recommend Safety Training Seminars!
