Sutter Roseville Medical Center Emergency Department: what do users think?

Raqib Esmati: Personel, hemşireler ve doktorlar hepsi harika 😊

Юля Дорошук: everything was done quickly and clearly

Finally Free To Be Me: Quick full service for a broken neck I didn't know I had. Same servece for my husband with Colitis. 3 times both of us hospitalized a week each time. Hospital a little more confusing.

John Brown: I am now leaving after a 10 day stay at SutterRoseville. My problemWas, I was diagnosedWith Septic and cellulitis. I had goneTo two other hospitals prior to coming here. At Rideout I was threatened to be shoved out of my wheel chair if I didn'tGet out and walk to my car. A securityGuard heard andRescued me.Anyway my 10 daysHere seemed like itMay have been2-3Days long. There staffIs, well I see no room for improvement. They are the top of any hospital I haveEver experienced. And very posible theTop of all hospitals.I wanted to thankThe entire staff there.Gayle my nurseAnd Theresa the wound nurse are what makes this hospital what it is .Once again, thank you , the entire staff. John Brown

Craig Beck: I had to go to the ER per my doctor due to an abnormal heart beat. The staff at the ER was quick, efficient, compassionate, and professional. Despite being in an ER, they immediately ran the appropriate tests to ensure I wasn’t in a life or death situation. Luckily, I wasn’t, but was given all of the needed tests to verify what was going on. Met with the on call ER doctor who again, was professional and caring. It feels odd to review an emergency room, but I think it’s worth it. Sutter’s staff was impeccable, from the triage nurse to the lab technicians taking tests. When you’re already worried about your life, having people who make you feel like you matter makes the world of difference.

Kathleen Shriver: I was seen at 1:15 AM on the 4/4 in the Emergency Room. Everything went smoothly. The ER was very busy, mosts seats taken.Initially we signed in. I was having chest and abdominal pains. An EKG was run immediately. This did not indicate a heart problem. I went back to the waiting area, waited a bit then met with the Triage Dr. and medical assistant. They ordered 7 more tests and I was sent inside to a room. . Every person I saw was respectful and provided great medical service. My nurse was exceptional. She kept me informed all night, very caring staff. I'm a senior citizen and over the years I have spenta fair amount of time the ER myself, and with family and friends. This was a very positive experience for me. Sutter offered great care and communication to me which lessened my concerns.Discharge was remarkable, referred me to my family physician for followup and also assured me they would help me with the follow up if I chose to return.I think it is important to remember in an ER the patients are seen according to medical necessity. The EKG was done quickly, this determined it was not a heart attack so getting to triage took a little longer but that was expected as the emergency concern was lessened and other patients needed urgent attention. I thought the ER ran smoothly and offered great medical attention plus great patient care.

kimi k.: Kaiser ER saved my life.I went to the ER because I had an infection, a swollen jaw, a headache, and a fever.Valet parking was available, so I was able to leave my car safely and conveniently.Everything went smoothly from reception to putting on the wristband. After that, the R.N. will measure your weight, blood pressure, pulse, blood oxygen level, and temperature. Now comes the main topic. R N asks me what symptoms I have. Then, the RN assigns it to the M.D.In my case, blood tests, CT scans,CT scans are performed by injecting contrast material through an IV.Based on the results of blood tests and CT scans,I took oral medication, received intravenous drips, and received intravenous saline drips.I was hospitalized overnight. It got better the next day.The ER MD, RN and other staff were friendly and professional. If I had made a regular appointment with my family doctor, it would have been several weeks or months later, and I would have developed sepsis.I'm so glad I went to Kaiser ER.Thank you again Kaiser ER 😀

Martin Harris: We headed to Kaiser full of trepidation. Unfortunately previous Kaiser ER experiences - patients stacked like cordwood in hallways were beyond awful. Not from incompetent or non caring staff, but from an administration taking on patient services with out the infrastructure to handle it properly. Non profit / corporate greed gone wrong. The endless construction obviously to correct the needs is actually being managed well.We were an acute scenario so we passed the usual stacked patient hallways. OR staff was as good as it gets. The ICU performance has gone a long ways to temper my usual Kaiser awful protestations. The whole ICU team - every shift was 4.0 performance. Job well done. Now if family medicine could just get it's act together.Martin Harris 7/2/24

Alfonzo Villafane: Increíble and quick ER visit

Kalpana Mohan: I have been to this Kaiser multiple times for family members. Highly recommend this ER. They have separate waiting rooms and fast to get u checked in and comfortable waiting areas

Caitlyn Grant: I had too take my 1 year old son to the ER due to difficulty breathing and he was experiencing a lot of wheezing. Since it was so short noticed, I had to also bring my two other children with me. The nurses were very pleasant to be around and great to my two kids who were waiting for their brother to get his treatment. Which by the way, went as smoothly as possible because of how skillful the ER nurses and RTs were. I wish I had gotten their names, all the staff we interacted with were great. From checking in, to being discharged. Thank you!!

Gina Kuntz: Hello, I wanted to leave a review because I feel ER doesn’t get enough good ones.I came here, and mind you I have social anxiety so being around all the sick people and stressed out staff can be overwhelming!!! I avoid it if I can. But when I went, I told them I had wheezing and coughing/trouble breathing, and they checked me in and placed me into a waiting room. It’s like musical chairs of waiting rooms until you start seeing the doctor and start getting treatment, which happened about 2 hours in. And you can expect to stay at the ER for 4-6 hours per visit, that’s just how it is.The staff was extremely professional from the check in to the waiting room, to the nurses to the x ray techs and the doctors. They are a team and it shows. They were even joking around at random moments and smiling and rooting each other on.Something very cool and different they do now, they give you a card that tells you who your doctor is or will be and the wait times for estimated treatment- for example, 2 hours for x ray, 3-4 hours for blood tests, 5-6 for medicine/treatment then discharge. So all in all, they are definitely doing the best they can. I wish I remembered everyone’s names but I was pretty anxious just being an anxious person, but I do remember Doctor Theison. She answered all my questions and took time to discuss treatment options.Thank you KP URGENT CARE ROSEVILLE!

Sutter Urgent Care - Roseville: what do users think?

Vaneh Zaghian Ghazarian: I have been to this urgent care 3-4 times and never had a bad experience. First desk ladies have always been respectful and nice. My nurse was very nice. All the doctors I have seen there have been amazing. The last doctor I saw and remember his last name was Young. He was very knowledgeable, caring and loving. Hid voice is so calm that makes you calm down too. Facility is clean. The only thing I am not happy with is the hand sanitizer in the lobby that's been empty last 2 times I have been there with the same sign on it. Looks like nobody has refilled it yet but it's OK I am happy with my experience.

Victuring Aldrich: I was seen quickly and referred for further evaluation at ER, which lead to me having surgery. Thank you to Urgent Care for the respect and care they extended to me.

Fatima Hubert: Dr Julie was the best, very informative about my diagnosis. She was kind, and understanding.

Jennifer Merson: Very helpful staff members. My doctor explained things and sent my prescription to my pharmacy. I got referral that I needed as well. Definitely satisfied with the medical care, I received.

Janet Cino: The staff is professional and listens to your concerns. Wait time was very short once I was checked in. I would recommed this location.

Deb Ward: My 84 year old mom broke her back in three places and was taken to Sutter Roseville ER. She could not have been more well-taken care of. Thank you Dina, Jennifer and the doctors and staff at Sutter Roseville ER/Observation. I wish I could remember each and every one of your names.

Molly Matchell: I was in and out within 35 minutes. The medical assistant and the doctor were exceptional.

Nancy Schubach: Both the nurse and the doctor were very kind and patient

Katie Pettibone: Wonderfully accessible, great expertise and ability to handle a wide range of services. I will definitely make this my first go to Urgent Care facility from now on.

Harold Williams: Very good people to greet you on your arrival. Wait was not so bad this day. The doctor i seen was very nice and thorough with my issues. I come to this urgent care quit often .Always very helpful.

Grace Farnese: Great doctor. Really smart and helpful. Nice stuff. Lovely offices. Sent me next door for X-ray. Excellence in medical care.

Елена Фалькова: Love this location, my daughter’s favorite doctor and all stuff are processional and nice ☺️🙏

Jerrold Thompson: Speedy, kind, thorough. One of the best medical experiences I have ever had. Despite their telling me there was an hour wait, I waited less than 15 minutes. Doc got to me quickly, explained everything, and took thorough tests. Faster than my PCP.

Carol Carnazzo-Brown: I injured both legs in a fall and needed urgent wound care. I was seen just a few minutes after I arrived and saw Dr. Halasa. She examined the wounds and called for a nurse to clean and dress the wounds. A second RN came in to help. Both of them were incredibly professional, knowlwedgeable and also very friendly. Their names were Heather and Virginia. Kudos to them and thank you!

Sutter Roseville Medical Center: what do users think?

Trisha O’Malley: with severe abdominal pain! There was quite a few other people in the ER waiting room. They were professional, kind and caring - which you don’t usually see in today’s world, sometimes it’s just a job - but they were awesome and really made you feel cared for.I was assessed by an ER doctor who had wonderful bedside manner, kind and also little funny - I don’t remember his name - but thank you to him! They immediate had me do an EKG to make sure my heart was ok… and shortly after took my blood and got me set up with an IV to have a CT scan and ultrasound. - turns out it was my appendix. It had burst!!So they immediately brought me up to the OR and I remember transferring over to the OR bed - but that’s all I remember. I woke up in recovery. All the ER team, OR surgeon team and recovery team was amazing - very caring and thoughtful! Extremely professional and high standards! I had wonderful care! They then had me transferred to a room to have me admitted for observations - I could have died! But they saved my life! Thank you! They brought me up to the rehab building - which I believe is building 6…I had several nurses there and many were amazing! Some I don’t remember their names - but some of the ones I love and appreciate are Ashlee, Susie, Nathan - and Rashawnda …Rashawnda helped me shower, it’s hard when you are at the mercy of others - but her kindness and care was so extremely caring! She made me feel like it was not a burden and she was happy to help me!! She made me feel a million times better and always had a wonderful smile that everyday I would see her made me feel better to have her there!! I always looked forward to seeing her!!Ashlee and Susie were attentive and explained things to me, they were also very caring and do very well at their jobs! Always with smiles! Making sure I was doing ok. Would help whenever I needed it!Nathan was also very good! He is highly professional but also caring - he’s very regimented - I never had to bother because he was on top of his game always!! Thank you for such good care and professionalism! My entire surgery team checked on me often and were also very wonderful!! Thank you! There were many others that I loved who showed kindness and compassion through-out my stay with Sutter… I was released last night

Keoki Bridges: Be wary when you bring your family here, they will get them high on meds like Xanax and while your family member is under the influence they send an overzealous social worker to ask questions, which could ultimately caused your family member to be placed on a medical detention against their will, especially if you have really good insurance, and if you disagree they will kick you out and trespass you and declare this place a private company, we will be filing with an attorney soon as civil rights were violated Roseville PD was notified and case number generated

David Cardenas: Try caring and compassionate yet professional and personable!

Darryl Dunn: My Wife came in with extream pain in her lower right abdomin. Imaging presented a foreign object which perforated her colon. They got her in and did emergency surgery that same night. Post op care has been phenomenal. Everyone is polite and attentive to detail and her needs. I have been somewhat of a helicopter husband and the staff has been very patient with me. I am thankful for these people.

Irina Gedarevich: Very kind staff. Dr. Snyder and Nurse Corrine in the ICU were great.

Carissa Koon: i had to get surgery for my eye and all the staff were super caring and friendly. i am grateful to them for trying to make my first hospital experience positive. i was really scared and alone, as my family is in Southern California, but the nurses and sitters did a great job of chatting with me to keep me from getting lonely. they also did a great job of tending to my needs, like getting drinks and water, finding a phone charger for me, etc! i am really grateful especially to Miss Genena, Miss Amy, Mr. Eric, Mr. Emmanuel, Miss Fiona, and Miss Asleigh. They kept me company during the night and day! much love to all the staff, thank you for your hard work and dedication as healthcare workers 🙏

Ray Stone: Love the doctors here!!

Cindy Biergiel: Excellent care. Dr. Soto communicates well and thoroughly answers questions. He never makes me feel rushed.

Michael Southwick: Very professional took his time, explaining everything much appreciated.

karen jarvis: The area is clean and the staff are knowledgeable and kind and professional.

Amina: I love Kaiser and am grateful to have Kaiser Insurance. I've had Kaiser for many years. One of my two children was born here. I went through breast cancer here. I've had my share of ER visits. I've also used their mental health services off and on. I feel qualified to say, Kaiser really does provide outstanding care. Just like any place, some doctors and staff are much better then others. It's up to you to advocate for yourself. If you don't love your doctor and feel confident in their ability to care for your health, just change doctor's. Super easy and quick. I had to go though a few primary care doctors, but all have treated me well and now I have the best doctor ever. My breast cancer experience and treatment was outstanding and for almost 5 years now, no evidence of disease. I wanted more from the mental health department then once a month and was offered PHP out patient care 5 hours a day, 5 days a week. Excellent program. I admit things aren't perfect with every visit, every concern, every doctor. But those experiences are far and few between. People are not perfect. As long as you advocate for yourself, ask questions, change doctor's if you're not happy, use all the tools they have available, speak up. I can message any of my doctor's anytime, and receive a direct response usually within 24 hours.I was surprised to learn about how many outside medical organizations, not Kaiser related, that Kaiser partners with to make sure patients are getting the best of what they need. I have experienced this a lot recently and I'm so thankful that Kaiser offers options outside of their own network when your health needs would benefit from it.Remember:When people are unhappy about a situation, they'll go out of their way to complain wherever they can. But when People are happy with a situation, they usually just go on with their life. Not even thinking to share that experience also.Dr Sidhu is AMAZING! She demonstrates compassion, patience, attentive listening, and doesn't rush me. I'm a breast cancer survivor because of Dr Sidhu, and the rest of the team that treated me the past 5 years. If I had to go through breast cancer again, or knew someone else facing breast cancer, I would want the same team and same hospital caring for me . Dr Sidhu is an EXCELLENT doctor.

Alan Pan: Doctor and staff are attentive and caring!

MDSTAT Urgent Care Roseville: what do users think?

J. H.: I had a very nice experience with Dr. Flores. Actually, they have all been good for me. I think Dr. Flores is very knowledgeable about internal medicine and that is very helpful when dealing with stubborn bronchitis. Very impressed with this clinic and I even got a follow up call once, which rarely happens these days!

Teresa Michaelson: in for emergency Albuterol for his breathing treatments and they were super nice and fast. The Dr is an older man but was so super sweet to both me and my son. In and out with our needs met and he made sure we able to make it to our pharmacy before they closed. We were there maybe 30-40 minutes.

Denise Gonzales: Can hear to bring my sick 12 year old who had a bad cough, laryngitis and sinus congestion. We were the only ones there for awhile since we got there when they opened. The receptionist/MA was real nice she could’ve moved a little faster with the check in process since we were waiting almost an hour to be seen and were the only ones there. I think because she was taking phone calls while checking our insurance ect. So maybe needs to work on prioritizing so the check in process is faster. However, our dumb insurance was coming up as inactive but she kindly said she would over ride it and let us still be seen. That goes above and beyond her duty so I really appreciated her for that. So my daughter was seen by Dr. Flores and he gave her a diagnosis and we got some antibiotics and steroids. I’m so greatful for him he is an amazing Dr. and I’m extremely grateful for the Medical Assistant who over rode the insurance hiccup so we can be seen. Like I mentioned we waited awhile to be seen so that part was annoying. Also maybe have some light music playing in the background so it’s not awkwardly silent in the waiting room, but hey nothing is perfect. I will definitely come back if I need help again.

Antoinette Granados: My experience here yesterday was great. The office manager, medical assistant and doctor were all super nice and the doctor was very caring which is so important when you are in pain. I will definitely be coming back when I need urgent care.

born free: few days a go: he was not feeling well! He woke up coughing and sneezing and feeling tired. Anyways, I was surprised that someone from this office couple days latter called me just to check up on my son and see if he is feeling better! You know what? I have been with my primary doctor for 4 years and they never called me to see if I am doing better. I really do appreciate this Urgent Care customer service and will always go their if we need to. Thank you guys.

Rebecca Kongesor: This was hands down the most quick and pleasant urgent care visit I’ve ever had. Every single person I encountered was exceptionally kind, from the front desk to the doctor. I was seen and had a diagnosis within 15 minutes of arriving. I cannot say enough positive things about this urgent care.
