Education Enrichment Services: what do users think?

Amy Redford: Our high school aged son has been receiving tutoring from EES the past several years to get him caught up to grade level in reading and writing comprehension. Carri and Melissa have been wonderful and easy to work with. My son has been with one tutor, Joshua, consistently. He has been a fantastic fit for my son’s personality and educational needs. Working one on one with a tutor allowed my son to gain the knowledge and confidence needed to excel in school. So thankful to have found EES!!!

Alyssa Riley: Education Enrichment Services has been a total game changer for my daughter! She really started to decline with her academics roughly when the pandemic hit, and it sort of turned into a downward spiral from there. My daughter really struggled with confidence and developed low self esteem which added an extra weight. I decided to search for a tutor because I knew something needed to happen before she started middle school. I ran across Education Enrichment Services and immediately I knew this exactly what she needed. In just under a year, she's made incredible strides in her academic journey. Not only has she excelled academically, but her confidence has soared, and her anxiety about school has significantly decreased. The program's dedication to building foundational skills and providing a love for learning is truly commendable. My daughter looks forward to her sessions and never once complains about going. I'm endlessly grateful to the entire team for their unwavering support and commitment to helping students thrive. Highly recommend!!

Meghan Hanson: . They are way better and more customized than Kumon or those other cookie cutter programs :

Tony Shehadeh: I’d like to start off by saying the amount of confidence my six year old and seven year old has gained from this amazing educational services that Carrie is providing for my daughters are out of this world, every teacher she has working with my daughters have been extremely professional , knowledgeable in every way that a parent would ask for to be teaching your children. Both of my daughters are so eager an excited to be a part of this program and most importantly they love all the different strategies and programs they have too offer day in and day out, Carrie has absolutely genuine tutors who want to see my kids succeed in their own ways and that is my number one priority for my children.

Josh Rucker: We have had the pleasure of working with Education Enrichment Services for over a year now. Our child has an IEP and while we love our local school, we wanted some individualized attention so that our child could better access their education. What Carrie and her team have provided us is nothing short of excellent. They met with us and conducted thorough intake assessments, listened to our concerns and also took into account the IEP that is in place. Carrie believes that every child can learn, and she created a plan unique to our child to help “re-map” the brain and how it accesses language and learning. The growth that we have seen is amazing and quantifiable, as the process has included frequent meetings with real data showing the growth from a benchmark to present level. Our child has enjoyed everyone on the staff and looks forward to going to class every time. We have highly recommended Education Enrichment Services before, and we will continue to do so. We couldn’t be happier!

Anastasia Stubblefield: I have been working for Education Enrichment Services for almost two years and this tutoring company is very professional and caring. They take the time to create a personalized instructional plan for every student and make sure the student’s needs are met. They care about their tutors and offer abundant support. I am honored to work for this company.

marie heath: loved all the staff and the director carri. was very professional and direct - would totally refer this agency to anyone looking for help with education. services - major thumbs up! 👍

The Kids Email: EES has been the perfect match for our son. He has ADHD and additional learning challenges that made all aspects of school learning challenging. Through EES his gaps in learning were identified and specifically worked on. He is now reading at grade level and no longer needs to be removed from class for extra reading focus in school. I love the assessments that are regularly done at EES so they customize his leaning sessions to help him fill in the areas of weakness. His sessions are always on time and very professional.

Erika S: “ I can’t say enough about EEC. A friend suggested EEC when my son was struggling in 2nd grade. He then had an intensive tutoring with EEC throughout all 3rd grade and what a change. Our son went from struggling to a successful student. Now that he is in middle school, we are using EEC services again to help our son achieve his next set of goals. The team is caring and they provide a very personalized tutoring plan for what you need. They have amazing tutors. Locations are convenient and the actual learning room is perfect to avoid distractions.”

Daphne Chakurian: My child had some difficulties in reading and writing due to missing a lot of school related to a developmental disability. The staff at Education Enrichment Services has been wonderful in helping achieve our goals of improving his reading and writing. They are fully qualified to teach multiple grades, work well with unenthusiastic students, and they have a great staff with supportive schedulers and flexibility. I don’t know what we would’ve done without them!I highly recommend this business for families with kids who need that extra help to meet their academic goals and ensure a successful future for their student.

Ryan: I worked at Education Enrichment Services as an instructor for about a year and a half. I am extremely satisfied with my experience there and felt I truly made an impact upon the younger generation. The staff is personable, empathetic, and strive for excellence. EES has my utmost recommendation and if I were to assign it a letter grade, I would undoubtedly give it an A.

Mindy Barr: We have had an excellent experience with Education Enrichment Services. The team cares about my daughter and her progress and are very encouraging. She loves going to tutoring with Ms. Nancy and feels empowered when she leaves. That makes this Mommy’s heart full!It is easy to set up sessions and they are flexible when life happens and a change is needed.Carri is very clear in her evaluations and explanations with progress records and review from every session. It is clear that she cares about her students. We love EES!

Randie Lewis: My daughter has always struggled with letter recognition, letter sounds, effective communication and attention. It all made sense when she was diagnosed with dyslexia at age 5. I immediately began researching and came across the Education Enrichment Services. My daughter just turned 6 and has been receiving weekly sessions for nearly a year. We are amazed at the amount of growth our daughter has experienced! In just a year, she has not only learned how to retain the letters and sounds, she is reading! She's learning the tools to help her communicate effectively and to focus her attention on her school work. I would absolutely recommend EES!

Kari Irwin: Positive Professionalism, Value

J. P.: Carri and the tutors have been exceptional! We have nothing but positive comments. They work with our schedule and our son's needs. Our son suffered a concussion and missed weeks of school work. Without Education Enrichment Services providing subject-matter tutoring, assisting with homework, and helping him study for exams, he would not have passed his classes. We intend to use Education Enrichment Services throughout high school to ensure our son stays on track and gets the support he needs to be successful.

Sheila Harris: My son has dyslexia and was very behind in school. My husband and I were anxious and very worried about our son’s educational experience and growth. We tried many tutors and educational programs to catch him up, nothing seemed to work. I reached out to Carri, founder of Education Enrichment, in hopes of finding a program that could help our son. Carri was honest, caring, and straight forward. She assessed my son, told me what it would take and some of the struggles we would face. Carri, and my son’s teacher at Education Enrichment have done wonders. My son is learning, growing and achieving success with reading, writing and math. It is a positive, encouraging, safe place to learn and my son loves it. I could not be more grateful for all they have done for us. I highly recommend Education Enrichment for any child struggling or just needing a little more help in school.

Bob Smith: EES has been a wonderful educational experience for my grand-daughter. She was slow to develop speech skills, and was assessed as being behind the curve for reading and match skills when previewing kindergarten standards. She is in her 2nd year at EES and has made great strides towards Roseville School District standards. Her speech has improved, math and reading skills almost to standard, and she is getting great marks of achievement from her Kindergarten teacher. Thank you Carri and Allie, you are the best! Bob Smith, Kylie's lucky Granddad.

Grant Gini: I came here with a good sat score of a 1350 but with their help I was able to up my score by 190 points to a 1540 out of 1600! The tutors are great and really helped me strengthen my college application!

Kelly Goodwin: By the end of Kindergarten it was evident he was behind, and we needed a plan ASAP. We were so lucky to have found EES. I immediately felt comfortable with Carrie and the way my sons program was going to be developed. My confidence in EES grew when I saw how progress would be tracked. Every 90 days meeting with Carrie and hearing about the progress our son was making, and what challenging areas we would work on next helped us see the end game. I would often say EES is where my son goes to learn, and school is where he practices those new skills! The company was very sensitive to my sons feelings and knew when to challenge him, and when slow down. They made his experience fun, engaging, and he is now in the middle of the pack at school. Attending EES has boosted his academic confidence and it was money well spent.

Creative Marbles Consultancy: what do users think?

Amy Frei: Jill is amazing. She knows so much about the wide variety of schools across the state and nation. She recommended a road trip to visit colleges within the budget and provided exceptional guidance for college essays and applications. We could have made a small but costly error on the application that she caught in her review. Jill was instrumental in navigating our daughter’s options and the result was attending her first-choice college and now acceptance into medical school. We will always highly recommend Creative Marbles!

Emily Schreiner: Creative Marbles was a tremendous help to me when I was in high school and trying to figure out where I wanted to go to college. The entire team is dedicated and spends long hours working into the night to make sure that the needs of every client are met. Jill was fantastic and an expert in every step of the application process. As a result of Jill's hard work and help with essays and applications, I was able to get into my dream college.

Andrew K. Bertram: I struggled finding my academic passions and dealing with dyslexia. Jill was instrumental in helping me get into a good university and pursuing my academic goals. I’m now living and working in digital marketing internationally in Tokyo Japan. Thanks Jill!!!

Monica Anderson: Jill and Art are committed to ensuring their teen clients successfully navigate the college application process. They are amazing resources and I recommend them to anyone with a child in high school. They are experts at suggesting the best schools for your teen, overseeing the application process, and making sure your student drafts strong essays. We couldn’t have gotten through the process without them! And, on top of their expertise, they truly care about their clients. Wherever Gillian ends up, I am grateful for Jill and Art and the Creative Marbles team for getting her through it all.

Kristen Stefanescu: TL;DR The Creative Marbles Consulting Team is excellent. They care about much more than just your college application. In my case, they influenced the way I approach writing in general and reflect upon my experiences. If you are willing to actively engage in the application process and meet them halfway, you will have no reservations and leave knowing that you have done all you can in this game of chance. I would highly recommend them.I came to Creative Marbles during the last months of my junior year, anxious to get started on college applications. I was met with a great support network. From the start, Jill was encouraging and realistic. While doing everything from refining my college list to writing essay drafts and preparing me for interviews, the team was always just a call away. The care they take with students and their probing questions not only helped me write better essays, but truly made me feel understood. In terms of essay drafting and editing advice, I can confidently say that their insight is incredible. Despite moments of frustration and worries that conversations were becoming circular in nature, the team was always willing to work with me for as long as it took to improve my writing. I cannot say enough good things about their patience with students. In several cases, they worked with me on a single essay for several hours straight. I was deeply impressed by their dedication towards their students. The writing advice that I have received during my time with them and the manner in which they asked me to reflect on my experiences continue to influence my time in university. My critical thinking, self-assessment, and editing skills have improved tremendously, all thanks to Jill, Art, and many fantastic team members who helped me navigate this process. I cannot overemphasize the impact that this has had on my academic and extracurricular involvement in college. The hours of considering personal questions and determining how best to tell my story has fundamentally influenced the way I approach the continuation of my adventures in college.Creative Marbles has done much more than help me get into college. The lessons I’ve learned from the team have helped me continue being successful in university. I am deeply grateful to have been their student.

Ethan Wu: in the fall and spring of 2016-2017. I was then employed by CMC the following summer. I now attend Cornell University.Working with CMC is an immersive experience. For roughly four months, I spent regular afternoons in their offices working, conversing, deliberating, arguing, laughing, reading, and thinking. At the outset, I feel it necessary to say that CMC is not the place for the weak-willed or the apathetic. That said, what CMC can provide its clients is an energetic intellectual environment, an open creative and collaborative space, and endless opportunities for growth. In my experience, CMC approaches the college essay as a process of continuous reinvention. The first draft will hardly ever resemble the final product. Often, I would produce an initial draft with the intention of expressing one main idea. Further conversation with the CMC staff would reveal that my draft, in fact, talked about three or four partially related ideas. From there, we would deliberate the best way forward, both thematically and stylistically, for my essay. Disagreements, sometimes heated, on the direction of the essay arose with some regularity. But in hindsight, disagreements and the debates that followed yielded some of my best work as well as some perspective-altering insights. This back-and-forth process was the most valuable part of my experience at CMC.CMC's approach to the college process is quite intensive, and relies on the student to be somewhat self-motivating. While they monitor the progress of their clients, CMC expects a serious time and labor commitment. Those unwilling to dedicate a significant chunk of their time to the college process should go elsewhere.Navigating the interpersonal dynamics at CMC is the most significant challenge of working with their staff. Different editors have different styles, each of which will suit an individual student differently. Considering which editor will be best able to help with a given essay is not straightforward, and will take any new CMC client some time to piece together. My view is that students who have had negative experiences with CMC

Sue Dalrymple: As for my son and daughter, they are doing extraordinarily well at their schools back east, and we are continually thankful to Jill and Art in helping this happen.

Anne Ross: It’s finally here, our youngest daughter is graduating Baylor University in Interior Design! This couldn’t have been possible without the expert care and guidance from Creative Marble Consultancy. From the beginning of our first meeting all the way through moving her into the dorm, Jill and Art were so savvy in aiding Caitlin in her selection. It was great to see professionals treat our daughter as an equal partner in the entire process. They also aided in our oldest daughters journey as she rerouted herself. They heartfully listened to her desires, helped her look at her options and respectfully guided her on her final decision to attend USF. Chelsey now is happily employed at Four Seasons who she had interned with and would not have had that opportunity had she not chosen wisely with Jill and Art’s aide. Both our daughters have had to work for their successes and we are very proud of them both. More importantly, they are very proud of their own accomplishments!I would also like to add, that as a mother who would do anything for her children’s rights and welfare that I have nothing but high regard and much respect for Jill and Art. Their advice over a critical high school issue empowered me to take a stand for my daughter. By them guiding me, I was able to show my daughter to never back down from ANYONE or ANYTHING just because they appear to be bigger and think they have all the power.Thank you Jill and Art from proud parents of two amazing, brilliant, happy, intelligent graduates from CMC 🙏🏼💖🎁

Saori Choulos: to develop the essay and graciously connected them together. It was the right approach during this dramatic time and gave me much uplift in the resources and support needed during a stressful and important time. It has been four years since we received the initial services and my daughter is extremely satisfied with her college choice, George Mason University, and continues to have a positive relationship with the staff at Creative Marbles. Thank you for the great partnership!

Ashley Hay: I used Creative Marbles Consultancy for my college applications last year -- and I can't express how helpful they were, not only with fine-tuning my essays but also offering insightful advice that ultimately carried me through the process. I learned a lot about myself that I didn't know before. And don't get me wrong: it's a difficult process and Creative Marbles' editors expect you to be authentic, honest, vulnerable, and questioning. They expect you to explain yourself and your choices thoroughly: no stone is left unturned. Creative Marbles is an excellent fit for the student who wants personalized advice, thoughtful help, and a transformative experience.

Lyra McCarmey: I used Creative Marbles's Consultancy Services when applying for college and had a wonderful experience. They not only aided me in choosing my perfect university and in completing all of my applications, but were extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. They made it one of the easiest experiences and I would recommend their services to anyone. Art Baird was especially insightful and a wonderful professional who helped me to write a personal statement that was true to myself and was sure to catch the eye of every university. He was a wonderful mentor that I still confide in to this day, and whom I hold in the highest regard. 10/10 recommend!
