Oddball Randall (Oddball Randall): Had a driveshaft custom built for my K5 Blazer rock crawler. Turned out so great, that it OUTLIVED my K5 and found a new home in a prerunner K5. The driveshaft is still under that truck to this day. It's been at least 8 years.Also, these are great, knowledgeable, fair folks.

Jesse Franklin: Had a second drive line built for my cj5 they did an absolutely amazing job and it was done a faster than I expected. They are very knowledgeable and al even asked me to bring my jeep in once I installed the driveline to make sure the angle and length were perfect. I can't say enough about this shop! I almost forgot the price was well under what I expected to pay!

Roy: Replaced the starter on a 2003 Honda Accord V6 with O'Reilly's lowest price version. William tested it, and the old one. But the test stand showed that the replacement starter was only engaging with the engine flywheel halfway. Which means that even if the replacement starter would have worked for a while, it could have easily caused a premature failure, by not fully meshing with the gear teeth on the flywheel as designed. So he found another replacement that did fully engage. Without William doing that extra testing, this probably have been a much more expensive and time-consuming failure in short order. THANK YOU!!!

Jen Martin: My battery is dead, and I went there to replace the battery, only to find out that on a Chevy Equinox, it is difficult to replace it, so they can't do it.However, I've gone here to get windshield wipers and other car parts over the years and have had good customer service.
