They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and have time for you!I had originally made the mistake of trying to do a title transfer with the CA DMV online, but after over 60 days, they just rejected it the application. I found this place because there was NO WAY I was going back to the DMV. This place had my problems solved and got my vehicle registered in all of 40 minutes, which apparently is slow for them.I'm very happy with my experience here and would highly recommend this place for any and every DMV service that you can do with them.

Debbie Castro: Although DMV is going "Digital" for all Registration, DL Renewal and ID, I was able to pay for my Tags but have to come back after passing Smog to use a Kiosk to get my Tags. I asked why and was informed, Due to the Hiring Cap, they can't hire more people, causing them to do more Digital. A lot of elderly people understandably were confused and not happy! Welcome to a new Era in California.

Their fee is insignificant in comparison to spending hours in line at the DMV and dealing with the rude staff. Then entire process is online and much faster than the DMV, I recommended this service to my brother who's also using it now. I hope I never have to set foot in another DMV again, Cartagz is forever my go to site for registering all my vehicles.

Their E-Mail support and notifications are spot on and very prompt. Also, their customer service hotline is fast, friendly, and very helpful. I was out of state this year, needed to keep my tags current on a smog year, and had a whole bunch of paperwork to fill out. It took a couple of hours but i did receive the e-copy of my registration with a hard copy to follow in the mail. I was a quite wary because the phone number they provided did not have any one answering and said the mail box was full. I was afraid I had been had. I will update as soon as I have received the hard copy in the mail should be 3-4 business days.
