Maurice Solis: had a broken zipper, and her a broken heart. I contacted Amazing Alterations to see if there was anything they could do. They got me in the same day and back out the same day! Whaaaaa! They were super nice and understanding of a father's predicament. I swear, the zipper looks better than before and she now has a member heart. Thank you for fixing it on such short notice! With an honest heart I can say I would recommend them to anyone.

Lance Hanawalt: I took 5 pairs of jeans in to be altered, and they pointed them perfectly and finished within a few days.I have gone to several other places and had jeans altered only to find they a little too short and would catch inside the back of my shoe even after I asked they not be hemmed too short. I would be told to trust us... we know proper length.I was all set to make a stand and insist I'm paying for it, so, right or wrong, do it the way I want but was very pleasantly surprised to see there was no question he was pining it to the length I've been looking for and without me having to ask.Even though this is clear in another town away from meI WILL BE BACK and my friends and family will know about this quality place with great service and very reasonable pricing.
Sean K: I've been coming here for a long time and this is a long overdue review. First, it's very clear that this is a hard working family run business. You will see everyone focused on their various tasks and when you give them your garment they will review in depth what you need to have done. The best part is that when you return to pick it up everything you hoped to get done has been done thoroughly and professionally. They have saved so many of my clothes that I otherwise would have thought hopeless. Their charges are always reasonable and friendly. When you leave expect everyone to say goodbye! I love this place and I'll be a customer for life.

Sara Bush: I cannot recommend this place enough. The only way to explain what they can do is “magic”. I lost quite a bit of weight, my wedding dress was noticeably too large and wayyyy too long. I was so anxious because the dress is covered in beading and intricate lace, how can this be done in the first place and without totally breaking the bank?? Countess had the answer. I gave them a baggy mess, and they returned a dress that was far beyond my dreams. Not one detail was lost, I’m still amazed. Absolutely go to this family, they saved the big day!!

Myra Alcoran: $12.00 for a standard hem. I have also had hiking pants done with the side zippers for an extra fee. Fabulous alteration work! Family owned and operated business for 2 over decades now. I am just 1 of their many long time customers. There is a dressing room if you need a fitting. Check the wall of photos of altered gowns, and other outfits. Although I now live in WA state, I make sure to pack what I need altered here while visiting my hometown in CA. Wonderful business!

Cmone Davis: Originally going here there was some confusion about steaming some dresses I brought. Later that day they sent pictures of my veil being ripped but no one knew how it got there. I was crying so much but they gave me tissues had me try the veil back on and went to the back to fix the hole on the delicate fabric. They gave me so many complements on the dress and not to stress on my wedding day wich was three days away! They are very sweet ladies honestly!

Anthony has consistently done a fantastic job with alterations. I have had original hem alterations on denim, coats hemmed and taken in, dresses hemmed and taken in, shoulder straps adjusted, you name it! More recently, Lana has been doing my alterations and she too, has done a FANTASTIC job!!! If the alteration isn’t an easy fix, she is creative and comes up with a solution that is even better than I expected. She’s also friendly and professional. Also Myriam was super straight forward and answered my questions. The dress came out super nice and fit perfectly.My back story. Got a dress for New Year’s Eve told them I needed done by Saturday they told me to come in right away to get my dress done.Also the prices are fair since we live in California and everything is expensive.Lastly the past reviews saying they are rude.
