Scott Gardner: Our lock actuator on our Andersen door broke. Andersen said they couldn’t get the part to us for 5 days, and it would be about $20. I called Homewood and Jeff was incredibly helpful, and provided the part within minutes. Highly recommend them for their superior customer service!

Joseph Wigon: I contacted A Better Door and received a message back from Sergio very quickly. I called and spoke to him and he was able to send a repair technician out for a free estimate right away. Leo showed up within about 30 minutes and he was quickly able to diagnose and recommend repair. My garage spring had snapped in half and one of the brackets separated from the garage door. Luckily, he had everything needed to do the repair right then and there. Leo was very friendly and took his time explaining to me a few things regarding the spring guage size, length, etc. and the torque needed for the right balance to handle the weight of the door. I really appreciated this and how fast and painless the whole process from contact to payment was. These guys are great! 5 Stars!

Called the company that originally installed the door but they couldn't get out for a few days so I called several other local garage door specialists hoping I could get the springs replaced today. CJ was the first to respond. He literally called me within a few minutes of leaving a message. Not only did they fix the door the same day, his tech was here within an hour or two of my original call w/ CJ, he was incredibly professional and friendly, and they beat the original company's price by almost $100. Needless to say, I'll definitely be calling CJ first next time I need a repair.

Not only was Martin able to repair it, but it looks as good as new and saved us the likely expense of a new approx $3000 door! Highly recommend Able Door company. Everything is perfect. My doors were painted black and are stunning. My neighbor said "I should have known you would upgrade the neighborhood!"
