Carly and Curtis take the time to ensure that customers are not just customers, they are friends. Their teaching methodology is one which prepares the diver fully in a rigorous manner. Divers who go through any of the class certifications are well versed in proper, safe and nature friendly techniques.If you don't succeed at first, you are encouraged to continue trying until you do. You can see the passion for diving with both of them. I love being an Instructor for them!The shop is well stocked and offers some of the best quality gear in the area. Shop staff takes the time to ensure proper fitting of everything and that it fits the budget. There are always smiles there waiting to help and develop your passion for scuba.I can't say enough how satisfying my journey from open water diver to Instructor has been. The more you dive and visit them, the more you become family on a first name basis. I won't shop anywhere but Fisheye for this reason, and neither should you.

Everything was made easy for us with the all-inclusive meals and bar, and the dive shop at the resort who totally pampered us. We were with a group of about 30 people and had a great time with all of them. Thank you Curt and Carly for taking care of all the details of the trip. You guys definitely went above and beyond. After talking with Carly, she felt very confident and reassured me that I could complete my certification. I flew to California and was very nervous and with her guidance I was able to complete my pool dives. I went to Honduras with them on a group trip planning to be certified in clear blue water. With Curt's calm, reassuring voice, He was able to get me thru the necessary skills to certification. Zach Klyne: Got open water certified in September 2023 and have been doing more classes with Joe since then. Even went on a dive trip to San Diego in February 2024 and got wreck certified. Joe is very professional and is very dedicated to his craft. The knowledge that Joe has is amazing and is always ready to answer any scuba question people have.
Emilie Schneider: I had the best time getting my PADI Open Water Cert through Sac City Scuba. There is a lot to learn as a beginning diver, but Joe made the information very tangible and easy to grasp. He is professional and extremely knowledgeable. The group setting was an opportunity to meet new people and learn with and from each other. Joe was receptive of different learning speeds and styles because he clearly wants everyone to succeed and enjoy diving as much as he does. The program setup was idea: e-learning introduced everything you need to know about scuba open water training, the pool sessions established comfort and confidence with scuba skills, and the open water dives solidified them. I highly recommend Sac City Scuba if you are new to diving or want to advance your diving skills. Keilea also deserves a shout out because she was so very helpful with picking out all the necessary gear.

Joe took his time explaining the possible safety issues he noticed with my setup. He did a great job going over everything with me. I walked away with feeling informed, knowledgeable and I never felt like I was being upsold or talked out of the product. After further research upon getting home I was able to verify everything Joe told me. He even took the time to personally find a buckle for my fins!

My 5 year old was scared to get in the pool for his swim class, so the front desk person gave him some "mermaid magic" to help him feel more at ease. I loved that! His instructor was nice and calm and made my 5 yr old feel comfortable. He was able to get in the pool and complete the class. After his class was over, my 5 yr old said that he really wanted to go back to “the Dolphin place”. My 8 year old had a great time! Messiah is a fantastic instructor! He explained things clearly and my 8 yr old was able to improve his swimming in just one session. He loved that he got to jump into the pool from the diving block. We would definitely recommend this place for kids swimming lessons.

She explained how the various air tubes worked and she was especially helpful when it came time to choose a mask. I wear glasses and I needed the lenses in my mask to be close to my eyeglass prescription. Julie and the other staff member were great in finding lenses that were appropriate for me.
