Saoud Sana: This is actually the first time I’ve done a review for this store, which was because of the one assisting me, Joyce. She answered all my questions about the bag, and sent me several photos and info about the bag I wanted. In fact, all the ladies assisting at the store were very nice to me, and brought a cheerful atmosphere to the store.
Sabrina Hurd: I went in store just to check out some bags I had on my wishlist for my birthday coming up. Scarlett was very helpful and kind with showing the different bags and made great conversation. The rest of the staff was also very kind and enthusiastic.
alfonso mendoza: Isiah Williamson made my first purchase easy, was polite and understanding on the price range I wanted to stick with, he helped me find a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. The girl at the register Zoe wrapped it up nicely at the register as well, very friendly store! if you guys come to this location please ask for him to assist you

Rose B: I went here yesterday with my husband and son to buy a wristlet. The SA Scarlett was so nice and helpful. She put out several bags in different colors to try on and see. I don't feel pressured to buy right away. I will definitely buy from her again. From guard and all staff members were super nice too. 2hr drive was worth it.

Rachel Ton: Joyce was really helpful and attentive, did not mind showing me all the bags. However, I just did not like what they have in stock at the moment. Not the store’s fault, just my preference. I ended up getting a handbag from the opposite store, but will definitely be back in the future solely because of Joyce. She made me feel great as a customer, even when I dressed down. I did not feel any judgment or snide.

Laura Lynch: I've been inside several times and have always been treated well. Jenna is fantastic. Note to self: the store does not offer refunds, only exchange & store credit. However, if you buy online, you can return for a full refund, but it must be mailed back; you cannot return online purchases to the physical store and receive a refund there. This is my only annoyance so far about the company. Thankfully the staff has been very polite, helpful and informative.
