7:30 am check-in and 9:00 am start on both days at every pool assignment. End of the year Norcal Series Awards at Nevada City Memorial Hall – 415 North Pine Street, Nevada, City, CA. Pizza provided by Players Pizza.

Sunday (1 round) – Tournament Awards – Fly Mart, Hot Dog/Burgers will be available for purchase at Penn Valley.

The 2017 Motherlode Pro is this weekend! Spots are still available. You can sign up online at discgolfscene. You can also sign up Friday at Condon Park from 4 -6 pm or also day of tournament if not full by then. Come play one of the last four round tournaments of the Norcal Series.

Folsom Disc Golf Club is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the sport of disc golf in the city of Folsom by educating the Folsom community and all associated governing bodies of the benefits of disc golf as an outdoor recreational activity and sport. The Club will accomplish this by promoting and running disc golf events that encourage more players to get involved in organized disc golf and pursuing efforts to get disc golf courses established in Folsom.

The FDGC Board of Directors will serve as the liaison between the disc golf community and the Folsom Parks and Recreation Department and other pertinent entities, as occasion calls.

Folsom Disc Golf Club was formed in 2015 by a handful of disc golf enthusiasts who shared a vision of bringing disc golf to the City of Folsom. It grew from there into a formal nonprofit organization with over 100 members and hundreds of supporters! The FDGC worked closely with the City of Folsom to establish a demonstrative course at BT Collins Park in 2017. The course has been well received within the community and Club volunteers have made many improvements, including adding a second basket on each hole. In 2018, the Folsom Parks and Recreation Department presented FDGC with a Resolution of Commendation for outstanding community service.

In keeping with the mission of FDGC, we are continuing to work with the City not only to improve the disc golf experience at BT Collins Park, but also to develop an exceptional 18 hole disc golf course in Folsom.
