Ally Gee: Hi I really hope whoever helped me reads this! I came in to have an esophagus x-ray done, and I have never had an x-ray done like that before. I was clearly very confused and anxious as I don’t tend to do well with the unknown. I’m not sure who the assistant was, maybe his name was Chris but he had glasses and was extremely funny and attentive. I was visibly scared, and he walked me through absolutely everything in a way I could understand. I honestly had never met a nicer provider that was so willing to help me and explain it step by step for me. He was extremely reassuring and made sure I knew that I was the patient and I’m in charge. He was also very funny and definitely helped ease my nerves and made my experience 100 times better. I would’ve left this on a Sutter survey but myhealthonline didn’t give me one for this visit so I thought I’d leave it here. Thanks Sutter & to glasses man!

Brooks Sautner: Visited radiology today. No appointment but staff got my husband in right away for routine xray. The front desk staff and xray tech couldn’t have been more kind and professional. Day shift 12/23/22, you all rock! Merry Christmas - you’ve been a gift to me and my husband. We appreciate pate you.

J.J. daCool: South-West parking lot, there is not any patient entrance on that South-West side, google maps incorrectly directs to the back.

What a great smile & calm manner 😁MaryLou was my X-Ray tech today and helped finish the series on my arms so I can move to MRI scans.My shoulders are EXTREMELY painful and MaryLou was so gentle & respectful with her explanations of her touch! She is delightful and has a soft touch while positioning your body for proper images.That really matters when you spend your days in pain & don't need them aggravated.I continue to have nothing but great experiences with the folks in imaging!That speaks volumes in my mind as to how well a department is run from the inside.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 after 5 visits in the last 5 months at both locations 🤙

JJ: Courteous, helpful staff.Interesting how it's, "Women's Imaging"...Turn the tables and there would be a lawsuit, then a march, revolving around endless shaming, just before the 'misogynist language removal ceremony' and parade for succeeding a week later.
