Sidney DeJesus: On the evening of June 14, 2024, while brushing my teeth, a crown I have fell off and into the sink. OMG, two days before Father’s Day and here I am without a front tooth. Thankfully I was able to recover my tooth before it fell into the drain of life and safely tuck it away. I immediately picked up the phone and contacted my normal dentist office and was transferred to an after-hour answering service. This is where I began to drift toward panic mode because the answering service for my regular dentist did not seem to be overly concerned about my small emergency. The person I spoke to said they would send an email and that I should be contacted within the hour, and if not, call back in the morning. Needless to say, I never received a call and when I called back, I was put on hold for over ten minutes before the call dropped. I was confident I would not be hearing back from my normal dentist office as they are normally closed on Saturdays. I began looking for a dentist that could assist me and put my smile back in order for Father’s Day. That when I found a team of angles at Roseville Family Dental Care led by Dr. Rupi Kaur, DDS. From the very first moment my call was answered, the young lady who welcomed my call confidently told me they could help and that she had an opening within the hour. Upon walking into Roseville Family Dental with my tooth securely bubble wrapped, I was greeted by two highly professional receptionist who welcomed me into the practice leading me to believe I was at the right place. I was directed back to a treatment room where I was greeted by dental assistant Dupi, who initially looked at my tooth and said Dr. Kaur would be able to restore my smile. She took X-rays just to ensure there were no additional issues as we were joined by Dr. Kaur, a consummate professional who went right to work and with minutes, my tooth was re-cemented, my smile was restored, and all was right in my world. I never smiled more on Father’s Day and it was all because of Dr. Kaur and staff. I am beyond grateful for not only having found them in my time of need, but I’m grateful the manner in which I was welcomed into the practice. Definitely giving me second thoughts about my current dental practice and how I got ghosted by the answering service. Thank you to Dr. Kaur and staff. Your entire team Rocks.

He was able to save my tooth and had to work very hard to do so. After that first tooth was taken care of he made a plan to take care of the others. His work on my root canal was work of art, I should say. The procedure was trouble free, did not cause any discomfort post work, and the best part is that I could not tell the difference, if there was any work done on the tooth. The bite, feel, and any other factors involved with the procedure all turned out to be NORMAL. I believe that is the best a patient can expect from a major dental work--the crown looks and feels just like the original!

Del G: Dr. Randhawa is an excellent dentist and very attentive to every concern or inquiry we have. My wife and I went to a family dentist for 40+ years, then when he retired, we were referred to a dentist within the area we lived. We were never really satisfied or comfortable with the new dentist, but kept going because we thought we were just being picky since we loved and trusted our original family dentist. Now that we’ve retired and moved up to Roseville, we have had to find new physicians and a new dentist. We decided to try the Roseville Dental Group since it is close to our home. Dr. Randhawa accepted us as new patients over a year ago. We are very happy, satisfied and comfortable with Dr. Randhawa. Also and just as important, the Admin and Dental Hygienist Staff at Roseville Dental Group are very courteous, efficient and sensitive to their patient’s comfort. We won’t have to look any further for a dentist or a dental practice, they are fantastic.

When arriving at the office, she spent a lot of time getting us situated and making us feel comfortable. The entire office staff went above and beyond in welcoming us, explaining X-rays and treatment, and answering all of our questions. My dad had treatment done a week later and is very happy with the results. We definitely would recommend this dentist office.
