So my iPhone X randomly was stuck rebooting the apple logo and I didn’t get to back it up and it couldn’t connect to computer after trying dfu mode, resets, hard resets everything. Apple said nothing they could do but restore it and erase the data. Which is sickening.... the thought of losing the super important data. Let’s start with the user interface of the website, EASY TO USE. Now customer service, I chose expedited service which is their 2nd highest priced service. Not only was the communication quick with my reps, but they insured me the team was confident of a recovery after a diagnostic....... of course I’m hesitant still who wouldn’t be for $3200. But I went along with it and sent the money. Days ,after they reported 100% recovery and they even found the specific file I needed and separated it for me. And gave me the file while my physical Drive was in route. There was some trouble trying to reach people on the weekend but I assume that’s because I didn’t chose EMERGENCY service. Anyways they did their job even with a no data no pay slogan....but I see why they are confident and they deliver. Moral of the story back up your stuff every week. Shoot every time you connect to WiFi snd store the back ups open multiple locations. If you have anything super important save it and write it down.

Apple classified it as "Vintage," so they didn't offer any options from the store itself when I called last year. At that time, the only available repair shop I could find was Mobile Kangaroo. As per their policy, they were going to take my computer, call me in a day or two with the list of things they found wrong with it. Then, because they didn't have the parts on hand, I would have to wait for the whole thing to get shipped over, then for them to repair it. I wouldn't be able to see my computer for the entire process. They also needed my password to do this. This put me off of computer repair almost altogether. I'm glad I returned to Core Care this year.CORE CARE EXPERIENCE:I had assumed that the issue with my computer was the battery. My TrackPad had difficulty clicking, so I assumed that the battery was bloated. Core Care walked into their storage space and pulled out the exact battery I needed. Instead of simply replacing the battery like I asked them, THEY ALSO REPLACED MY TRACKPAD FREE OF CHARGE.All throughout the repair, he gave me advice on how to better take care of my Mac in addition to regular status updates on the repair. Rocklin Core Care earnestly loves computers and computer repair, not just as a business. I can't emphasize how grateful I am to Core Care for this repair job.
