I was told while in the store that I could place orders online. Placed my first order yesterday and received it today!! Great customer service, quality products at very reasonable pricing.

I'm a newb to darts and thoroughly enjoyed my visit.John offered up a lesson and helped my buddy and I correct some form issues as well as pick out some nicer darts to upgrade from my stock ones that came with my dart board.He's a great salesman, as he wasn't pushy, and he allowed us to throw a number of different styles and weights of steel tip darts to find a couple of sets that were comfortable.He also offered up some great humor, and you can tell he has a real passion for the sport and watching players enjoy the game. There was a large selection of darts and accessories. I needed some replacement parts and I upgraded some sets.I also walked out with 1 double set dart case and a dart holder for my game room. I will definitely be back.

Reyna Weikert: Big 5 always seems to have the most professional staff that are super friendly and as helpful as they can be. Even when it's busy they never seem overworked and I've never had a rude encounter. Their prices are always competitive, and they always seem to have what we need, especially compared to bigger stores. I always find what I need.
