After meeting with Sean, we were pretty confident we were going to use Jackye’s, but still met with a couple of other competitors for comparison. We typically consider three things - product, price and people. Sean’s product, warranty, and price were unbeatable. Sean and his team of family and friends are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. Sean is great with product recommendation and when installing, extremely detail-oriented. We finished our shutter install and will be using Jackye’s for motorized blinds as well. My parents have also hired Jackye’s for a large motorized outdoor shade. Highly recommend Jackye’s -wonderful people who care about their customers and take great pride in what they do.

But we weren't looking for the most expensive either. We were looking for value. Sean's consultation helped us see this. Sean had found the balance between taking time to answer our questions and not bog us down and waste our time. We ended up choosing Norman Shutters and Shades for all 11 windows.After the consultation, follow ups were responded to quickly and efficiently. They proactively kept us in the loop while our product was being manufactured and shipped. Once the window coverings arrived, installation was scheduled quickly.Scott came in for installation with Sean coming later. Scott worked and moved in such a way that shows he knows what he's doing. He was also considerate as I was in the middle of a zoom meeting during the install. More importantly he made sure he didn't make a mess inside my house as he brought all his equipment in. It was raining pretty good outside.While Scott was working Sean corrected and added trim to a previously installed window shutter. Made it look 1000 times better.Very happy with the installation. I went from black out shades, to custom drapes, and eventually decided on 3% solar shades in our kitchen and family room, and a black out shade in the master bath. Sean was super patient with me and made several trips to the house in order to show me the various samples of the products I was considering, ordered me drapery swatches, etc. He was just great. He installed today and with exception of the window coverings, you'd never know he was here...meaning he cleaned up the work space, wore covers on his shoes, etc. If I need to replace other coverings in the future, I'll definitely be back as a repeat customer. I cannot recommend them highly enough...seriously!

John Russell: Two workers, in clean and proper uniforms arrived at exactly the time promised. They took off their shoes and put down a mat to protect the carpet. They verified the work to be done. They checked everything with a Lazer, picked all the trash and vacuumed any dust they made. Had me test the blinds and were completed in an hour. The did a great very professional job in all aspects.
Jamie Cooper: and when I called to get an updated quote they were extremely helpful. I was in their showroom probably 5 or 6 times, changing things, switching colors, etc and they were always able to help me out. Once I finalized what I wanted, they came back out to my house to make sure it would work. I would definitely recommend them.

John Shanahan: Good people with great service. Our window cleaning company accidentally knocked a blind valance and broke the clip. Mari at Blind corners was able to provide us with replacement clips. She reminded me that Hunter, Douglas blinds, have a lifetime warranty and even though the client did not Have Blind corners install she provided the new clips at no extra cost. I would highly recommend as they are, family owned and operated, and are very very well respected in our community.
Lynda Kirk: I highly recommend this business. At least three years ago cords broke on my Hunter Douglas blinds and I needed to find a place to have them repaired. After calling around I found Blind corners, and boy am I glad. I’ve had them repair our battery operated blinds as well as more cords. So recently when more repairs were necessary I was happy to take them to Blind Corners knowing I would get competent service and sure enough I did. They are reliable, thorough, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

I have been dealing with BC since we moved into this home 7 years ago. They have been nothing but professional and did a great job. Please, if you are not happy, deal with BC personally before you give any negative reports. We all go threw things out of our control. I'm sorry if you had a bad experience with BC. Matt is super professional, and I could be difficult at times. Matt always handles it with the up most professional way. I dealt with many companies, and in my opinion, they deserved to be treated the same as you like to be treated in a professional way.

Allie Koenecke: We were looking to install blinds on our very large custom slider doors, and after many quotes and home visits, The Blind Guy by far was the most helpful, offered something other than the super overpriced Hunter Douglas brand, best price and quickest manufacturing. They were also the only ones who offered a pull down blind - everyone else only had chorded or electronic! Would highly recommend!

He explained how he was going to install the shutters, adjust them and how to care for them. This is the guy you want installing your window coverings.
