Last time they had a showroom & I was able to choose an urn at the same time I picked up the ashes. This time I had to make a second trip,, when I could have pre-ordered the urn and made 1 trip but the sales person never asked if we wanted an urn or informed me it has to be pre-ordered.

My father passed away unexpectedly and I was tasked with carrying out his final wishes. I was devastated to say the least. When I reached out to Judy I was overwhelmed. I had to navigate through the process which I had never done before. I can say that without hesitation that Judy and her daughter were so compassionate and caring. They walked me through what I needed to do to carry out his final wishes. I’m so thankful for all the help and continued support they have given me and my mom.

They were so understanding and caring, making sure I understood about the Cremation and cost required to take care of my husband. They understood my financial challenges and let me pull the funds together over a month and they chose a most beautiful solid wood, beautifully engraved solid wood box to hold husband's ashes. And after I picked up the ashes and signed the release, they have continued to stay in touch and make sure I am doing okay. Losing a loved one is never easy, but Affordable Cremation made the process seamless. They even welcomed my over rambunctious 7 month old labradoodle into their offices while we signed paperwork. They were so helpful, in so many ways. My heart is full of gratitude for the kindness they offered during this delicate and emotional process. Thank you, very much!

Every single interaction I had with them went smoothly, from the person who helped me set up the plan, to the people who came to take his body after death, to the person who helped me when I picked up the ashes. Everyone I interacted with was informative, kind, and respectful. They made the hardest period of my life just a little bit easier.Update: It has been five months since my father passed, and now my mother has joined him. Again, the Trident Society made the process seamless. As you can imagine, losing both parents in just a few months makes everything extremely stressful. Thankfully my mom had a pre-arranged plan and all I had to do was provide the information to hospice. When the time came, one call took care of everything. I continue to highly recommend Trident Society!

She was even able to line up the military honors at his funeral, taking another thing off my plate.When we went to collect his ashes, I was very impressed by the serene setting in the conference room, and her gentle nature when she handed everything off to me for the service.I am so grateful that my parents chose Trident Society for their end of life decisions. At such a difficult time, it’s a gift to have everything prepared in advance, and a relief to know I’ll have that same help when my mother passes.

Everything went as planned and I am very satisfied with the process and result.FYI, there are two separate addresses to do business with. I was not aware of that fact and subsequently went to the wrong building when scheduled to pick up my brother's remains.

Ross Merkle: Lisa and the team at Lamberts were wonderful. The death of a family member is a traumatic event. Emotions run high and Lisa was exceptional at keeping things calm while making sure meetings progressed meaningfully. What I really appreciated was Lisa was not an order taker, giving us options and writing down what we chose. She took the time to talk to my Mom, understand what my Mom meant by a 'Midwest Funeral' and curated our choices down to relevant options. When it came down to the final day of the service, Lisa showed her experience by flawlessly adapting to all the curve balls from changing requirements to last minute requests. Drawing from her knowledge, she had an answer for every problem like she has seen it all before. I am glad we chose Lamberts, if only my wedding had gone as smoothly.

And when I went with my mom to her private viewing to see my dad before everyone else, he looked phenomenal my mom wept tears of thanksgiving to God and took the first real chance to grieve the husband she’d done life with for the last 27 years.The execution of his funeral and gravesite service is something I’ll forever look back on with the greatest fondness. They made sure he looked sharp and was buried with the respect and honors he deserved a funeral is devastating, but my dad always knew we’d take care of him when his time came and Lambert’s made that possible every step of the way down to the minute details like having his death certificate amended so my mom could handle his final affairs with VA and having the plaque corrected on his flag case.Their services were in line with average funeral expense costs at an affordable price point, but their service was TOP TIER like we paid way more.I could never thank them enough for taking care of our family the way they did. 1000/10 recommend. Thank you Lisa and Emilee - you forever have the Belser family’s love and respect.
Del Miller: Working with Lisa Roebellen was a blessing for me. As overwhelmed as I was, Lisa was very patient with me during those moments that I was very emotional. Lisa did not put unnecessary pressure on me on but pretty much held my hand in what needs to be addressed. She was very open to answer any questions and provided me a lot of options. I really appreciated her honesty and her generosity with her time and support. I truly felt she cared. She made the most of what the location can offer and made it work. The place was a little old but the customer service of Lisa and her staff made up for the outdated facilities.

Colleen Kemper: I wholeheartedly encourage anyone who is dealing with the passing of a loved one to work with Lambert’s. All of the staff were kind and sensitive. We had the pleasure of working directly with Emilee who went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly with my dad’s cremation and celebration of life. She offered helped with and took care of details that would have been yet an additional thing on our family’s to do list. This enabled us to focus our attention on out of town family and other bigger issues. The day of the celebration of life was very professionally organized, all the technology was managed by the staff so our relatives in Ireland were able to witness my father’s service in real time. I take comfort in knowing that Lambert’s will be there when the time comes we find ourselves mourning the passing of another loved one.

Instead, they fill the pockets of stockholders and corporate executives.

Sue Nice: The first time I walked into Cochrane’s was when my poppa died in 1986. Since then, we’ve always gone back when the unfortunate need has arisen.So basically, as dark as it sounds, we’re “regulars”. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.It’s a beautiful facility, located in a charming location, staffed with the kindest people who will lovingly guide you through some tough times with ease and dignity.I speak for my entire family when I say we highly recommend!

Thomas Eyre: As a fellow funeral director, I can assure you I recognize excellence in funeral service when it is extended to my own family. Doug and Brian served us at the passing of my grandfather, and the service this time was just as pleasing as when we were served here in 2011 for my grandmother. Doug, the owner, also served us as funeral celebrant for our ceremony honoring my grandfather’s memory. The building and grounds are well-kept, and very much so, as well, are the promises for honorable service. Highly recommended.

Training Files TF: I was referred to Cochrane & Wageman through a family fiend who had used their services and was happy with them. I also had a friendly, easy experience. They were kind and prompt and always in communication when needed. I recommend their services to anyone in the area.
Sally Galbraith: Brian Tato was extremely attentive, always there, caring, knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. Filling out necessary forms on the computer was easy to do. Funeral home has a great staff, excellent communication, compassion and efficiency.

He also performed the gravesite service and went above and beyond to make sure he learned everything about my husband. David Tosh: My father chose Heritage Oaks years ago to be proactive when he passed to make it easier on the family. I remember he told me, when he passes, just call this number and they will take care of everything. Unfortunately I had to make that call recently, but I’m truly grateful for the way I was treated at this time of uncertainty and loss. Each person I dealt with took care of me as if I was their family. Every detail was covered and as my dad told me, they did take care of everything. Their care, concern, support and empathy are what got us through this tragic event. Every detail was taken care of and at a price that we thought was very fair. The event went off without a hitch and the atmosphere was far more refreshing than we have ever experienced at a service. The decor of Heritage Oaks is uplifting and not at all depressing. Everything was done through phone calls, texts and emails. Chris suggested a terrific caterer and a videographer that did a great job for the service. Ashley Marie: my mom passed away unexpectedly from a brain hemorrhage. My mom had no underlying health conditions and it was a devastating, sudden and tragic loss for my father, my brother, my sister and I. I didn't know where to start as I couldn't cope with the pain and grief, let alone plan a funeral. When Sutter Medical Center of Roseville called the next morning after my mom's passing and asked where I wanted her transferred to, my automatic response was Lambert Funeral Home as Lambert was one of the only funeral homes in Roseville growing up and where the majority of our family's funerals have been held. After my mom was transferred to Lambert, I discovered the cost was out of our price range. I was referred to Heritage Oaks Memorial Chapel by a family friend which is where I met Chris and Jim. After transferring my mom from Lambert to Heritage Oaks, Jim thoroughly went through the process with us in regard to expectation, cost and timeline. He worked with the Sacramento National Valley VA Cemetery to arrange my mom's committal service, as well as St. Rose Catholic Church for my mom's prayer service. He even coordinated a Catholic priest to be present at my mom's committal service at the VA cemetery, which is not typical for the VA as they have their own religious clergy that they use, however Jim helped make this happen. Heritage Oaks Memorial Chapel's funeral package that we selected was the most affordable, resulting in a beautiful casket for my mom, a guest book, obituaries, a large framed portrait, a crucifix, and a flash drive of my mom's tribute video. They used a modern software program for my mom's tribute video which was easy to use and upload images and music. My mom had so many photos and favorite songs that I wanted to share resulting in a 14-minute long video, but Chris made it happen. The video brought everyone to tears and made people who didn't know her well, feel like they did. Days before my mom's funeral, my dad had went into the hospital for emergency surgery causing so many delays on my end in regard to getting Chris and her team what she needed. Chris stayed up late the night before my mom's funeral finalizing the tribute video which I could not thank her for enough. Lastly, they worked with us in regard to our financial situation to pay for their services. This is SO important as the financial burden was so severe at this time. I can't thank them enough for their compassion, promptness and genuine empathy they had for my family and I. It didn't feel like a business transaction, or that we were just another number or dollar amount. When the time comes

Heather Staple: My 7 mo. old daughter Olivia passed away unexpectedly in July .. it was the single most traumatic thing that has ever happened to our family , nobody should ever have to bury their baby .. I was in complete hysterics and had NO IDEA WHERE TO EVEN START PLANNING A FUNERAL .. Chris and her amazing staff member Jim helped me through it one step at a time. Jim personally took care of my daughters transport and made sure that I knew he would treat her as she was his own I can't tell you the relief it brought me to know that they genuinely cared . They gave me so many different options and suggestions of ways we could celebrate her life at a time when I couldn't stand alone they stood with me . BEST MEMORIAL CHAPEL HANDS DOWN !! Andrea McMullen: My mom passed away on Memorial Day 2022. We needed to have my mom’s viewing and funeral by Friday the same week. We met with Jim on Tuesday, picked out casket and scheduled the viewing for Thursday and the church service on Friday. Chris was amazing, she worked with us getting my mom’s photo done and she sent us a link that allowed us to do a slide show of my mom’s life. With the rush of getting everything all together in such a short amount Jim and Chris were so helpful, patient and kind.

Christine Pierce: This service truly did help when I lost my mother. I couldn't put into words just how much I appreciated the fact that everything was already decided and taken care of to her complete wishes. When you are grieving it's so easy to get overwhelmed and/or forget or overlook things. This took all of that away and they took care of everything so my family and I could focus on our grieving process as opposed to dealing with the rest of those details. Our whole family is forever greatful for your service.

A As I did the honors and gave him his final salute, they took pictures. After assuring themselves that it was appropriate to do so, they offered prayers, hugs, and kind words before departing. After we received the cremains Debby called us the next day to make sure we were doing all right and again offer her assistance, however, we needed it. death is an unpleasant inevitable. Having the Neptune Society there to make things smoother and less painful Was a greatly appreciated blessing

Since then, l have sponsored her for a presentation at our mens club in Jackson where Cindy was well received and gave our group a very informative presentation.

Judy Myers: The fact we were pre arranging our burial arrangements should have made this pretty stressful but it was definitely not. Diane, explained every possible step in this journey and did it without any pressure to do more than we were looking at. That being said, she offered all things available for us to make our own decision. We were there for almost 2 hours and it seemed like it much shorter. Thank you Diane for a quite comfortable and actually enjoyable time. So glad we have this now taken care of for our family.

Valerie Norris: All I have to say is Teresa was wonderful and I really felt like she was listening to me with the things that I asked for although there are still a couple things I need but I know she'll get them to me as soon as she can other than that records was wonderful and I would choose him again matter of fact I will be choosing them again when my mother passes that's where she wants me to call so she will have returning business

They helped me through every step and when there wasn't a doctor to sign my Mom's death certificate, Reichert's respectfully worked with the corners office, aiding them in what they needed inorder to sign the certificate. We greatly appreciate Reichert's kind and respectful care during a very difficult time.
Julie “Jewalls” Walling: Reichert's, they were amazing. My son was killed crossing the street and I was so lost not knowing how to get him home to me. But, I called a couple of other funeral homes, and is why I ended up choosing them is that they made me feel like they were family. They truly cared, I mean it they cared about me, how I was, and my son. It wasn't an easy task to get my sons remains from the coroner due to the situation of his death. But, they kept going and finally got my son, home to me.It took 56 days from when he was killed and they stayed in contact with me checking on how I was doing and giving me updates. The cost of his creamation was really reasonable they didn't take advantage of his death..Some of the other ones were outrageous for the same package. So, I highly recommend Them
