Stephanie welcomed me right away, before I even got to the teller line she told me that Oksana can help me at a desk, which was awesome because I was trying to take care of all of this on my lunch break. Both Oksana and Stephanie were very knowledgeable and got me out of there in no time with a new card in hand!! And they sent me off with a little member appreciation cup with goodies inside!!
