I told my husband that we should go in and he told me that guard 💂♂️ who is there, I wouldn't even go in. I also told him I'm going in. I felt heavy vibrations at all times, I looked for the shop assistant's face to greet her, she ignored me completely, I realized that she was not at all interested in selling anything 👎 I'm very sorry that you have an employee like that. I don't know her reasons for her behavior, but we have to separate one thing from the other. My recommendation is to offer that position to a bilingual person who values his or her work. Also play soft 🎶 music so that the environment is more harmonious. I can understand and speak in English. I preferred to make my Post in Spanish. Thank you very much for reading me. Happy Holidays

That being said, I needed the perfect necklace to pair with a beautiful handmade pendant I had of Lake Tahoe. Since Tiffany's was only an hour and a half away I decided to make the Trek and I was glad I did. The jewelry is truly special- it makes any woman's heart melt to receive that iconic box. John took a lot of time with my girl and I to show us options and really listened what my girl wanted in a ring. We cannot be happier. John is the absolute best! Also, the girls in the back doing the financing are incredible! Honestly, everyone there is amazing. Go here and they will not let you down in any way.
Rana Sabeh: I came in to buy a silver chain for some agate stones I purchased on Etsy and Heather was the most welcoming, helpful and enjoyable person I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She suggested the most perfect adjustable silver chain and even had her jeweler remove the jump ring and attach the stones for me. It was ready so quickly and truly everything was perfection. The whole staff is amazing, I look forward to my next visit hopefully soon!!

Not only was the owner very gracious and looked at the coins and gave his honest opinion, he gave her advice as to how to start collecting and other things about coins. I highly recommend this shop. I dropped off my wedding ring to get sized down, as well as my promise ring to get sized up and dipped in white gold. I dropped them both off on a Saturday, they were both ready to be picked up on Wednesday, only 4 days later! Both rings were cleaned and looked absolutely gorgeous.
