I went in with my wild 2 year old daughter on Monday and the staff were incredible paitent and even attentive to her showing her products and indulging her when she asked them to smell what she was holding. Abey and Treim are absolute gems at this store and we're so so sweet. Truly amazing. Highly recommend the products but the staff here are what make lush a true ✨️experience✨️ to remember.

I walked in simply stating I needed advice because I wanted to do a big change on my hair and she rolled her eyes and smirked than asked what do you want... I've given this location multiple tries because it’s so close to home but every time I leave irritated with her and her very unprofessional staff.

Michael Nguyen: docking one star due to one passive aggressive employee from december 23. i visited at 12pm and no, it wasn’t overly busy due to the holidays. everyone else was very nice and friendly but this one blonde employee with a tattoo on her neck/upper back was restocking something in the mens section to the right of the store. i asked her if there was a scent called flannel in stock and her response, “we don’t have FLANNEL, we have CLASSIC FLANNEL. not FLANNEL.” i almost didn’t thank her but unlike her, i have manners. at least she walked me over to where it was. didn’t appreciate being belittled over a name technicality 🙄
