George A. Dibble, III: My Epson Photo Stylus went down unexpectedly. The Proprieter was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He charged $35 to diagnose the problem, which I thought was reasonable to find out if the unit was worth fixing. He described the difference between my unit, and current similar Epson units, which was very helpful to me. He called me back promptly and explained the problem and a reasonable cost to repair and service. I had the printer the next day.
jack quartaroli: Once again, my old Canon BJC85 is like new! 20 years old and every two years or so, I bring it in for cleaning, adjusting and replacing of worn out parts, and it comes home like new.
Jim: Our 14 year old Epson color laser printer stopped working but getting multiple issues repaired by Pacific cost less than half of what it would have cost to replace this heavy duty printer with with one of the low cost color printers available today. Great deal!

Bob Perry: Epson lists this place as the only authorized Printer Repair location in this part of the world. They did do a good job fixing my broken printer. But it was very expensive, and the final bill and a few little extras tacked on which was annoying if not a bit shady. So I would bring my printer back there if it was Emergency but hang onto your wallet carefully.

I could save a few nickles and dimes online but online can not beat good old genuine customer service. Thank you

Sent the email, and less than 15 minutes later was walking out with my documents. And the price was awesome! Almost 1/4 of the cost that I was quoted elsewhere. I would definitely recommend.
