Pop Rock: Nice
Jamie Adkins: I liked it and there are a lot of parking spaces.
PTGuardian 954: Always have a super fun time whenever SacAnime comes to Roseville. The only improvement I'd make or plan for is seating for breaks. Other than that just come with a budget in mind for the vendor hall and other purchases.
JerpPursh: Peener
Sue Rivelli: Restrooms were not real clean.

His sense of humor brings a smile to our faces, and his attention to detail ensures that our stays are always perfect. Whether it's a special request or just a friendly chat, Zach goes above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Thank you, Zach, for your outstanding service and for always making our stays so enjoyable. You truly are a gem!
Joseph Smith: Absolutely hands down best customer service I have ever experienced. Would highly recommended staying on the fourth floor facing hwy 65 , best view everNearby activities: Tons of stuff within walking distance, tons of shopping and plenty of foodWalkability: Galleria mall within walking distance
Tracy Young: We got stuck hoteless on a Friday night because our first hotel wouldn't accept my credit card and this hotel greeted us with a smile and a laugh. They didn't have any 2 bed rooms left so we got a king bed and pullout couch. Pullout couch wasn't the most comfortable when made into a bed but found it comfortable to lay down on as a couch. Bed was comfortable.Friday night the fire alarm went off at 3:45am but they comp our room for that night to make it right.Staff were all friendly and nice.Rooms were clean.Hotel was clean.Breakfast for $14 was good and convenient but I wished they had free breakfast like their competitors. The workout room was really well equipped. One of the nicest hotel gyms I have seen.Rooms: Clean and nice showers
Robert Verbrick: Jacob at the front desk was very kind, outstanding, and gave me and my wife fabulous service. I've never had such a pleasant time checking in at a hotel. Rooms are clean, and coffee downtstairs is great. I really appreciate and want to thank the staff, particularly Jacob. Thank you for giving us a stressfree, easy check-in! We will definitely come back again next time we are in town.

Janet Kragen: .The staff was consistently gracious and helpful.Surprise how uncomfortable the chairs were in the lobby and the outside seating areas. On the other hand, we had a decent Wi-Fi connection through our Hilton Honors log in, about 10 mps.Rooms: The bedroom was good-sized. There was a larger nightstand between the two beds and then two tiny ones on the other sides. There were more lights than any other Hilton property we've seen this summer. The big one by the side of the bed hung so low I kept banging into it with my head! The bathroom was pretty small and had no towel racks.I had a hard time sleeping. The A/C didn't kick on until the room got quite hot; then it ran until the room was quite chilly. So I was alternate hot and throwing off the covers or cold and pulling them all back on.Food & drinks: My husband and I ate supper and breakfast at the hotel. We split a Caesar salad that was fresh with shavings of Parmesan, but it was *drenched* with dressing. We each ordered chicken fingers with fries. Given the cost of $8 each, we did not expect so much food! The chicken was heavily breaded but tasty. Decent bar food. The table red was really good! For breakfast, we each got an omelet. It had so much bacon inside, I'm glad I didn't order any bacon on the side. The breakfast was delicious and filling.I took lots of pictures to show the other breakfast offerings. No dark roast coffee. Lots and lots of decaf tea. The only non-decaf tea was Liptons.

Charles Phillips: Clean, quiet, exceptionally friendly staff. Nice continental breakfast. Many entertainment options very close by even walkable. I'd recommend it for family travelers.Rooms: Great two bedroom. Couldn't figure out why all the TV'S kept rebooting every 10 to fifteen minutes.
Raul Medina: Everything but the cafe experience which I realize might be a separate operator inside of the property was great.Service was veryslowPricing inconsistent for the same coffee order every morning.Appreciate a hotel that offers a continental breakfast or maybe a full service restaurant.Other than that it's a great hotelRooms: Excellent clean rooms with amenities I needed for my trip
Sheri Yoshida: I was in town for a concert at The Venue at Thunder Valley, so I only stayed one night with no time to use the facilities other than the room. I liked the updated rooms, but the hotel is crammed into the corner at an intersection with several Marriott properties. The grounds felt cramped. The vanity area is pretty dim which may be good for another person still sleeping, but for the person getting ready, it's not as nice. Desk staff was attentive and pleasant at check-in, and I slept well in the Marriott bedding. The conditioner in the shower was very nearly empty, but I didn't discover that until I needed it - and then it was too late. I had a first floor room, and when I went to check that the window was secured for my safety, I found it unlocked and without the safety bar engaged. It was in working order, so I secured it with no problem.
