Marilou Kern: While walking my dog this morning I saw Charles and told him I need to put in a service call later for my dishwasher. Well, being Charles, he created it for me and then came in and fixed the problem! He also noticed my kitchen faucet was clogged and cleared that. Last week I had a few items that needed attention. There was a hole in one of my screens and one of the toilets had a small trickle leak. Charles arrived and repaired the screen, and installed a new flapper in the toilet. He is always professional, efficient, and friendly. The team here is why I love living here!

Colleen Nicholls: We are in unit 2516 and my Nephew sadly had his leg amputated due to Diabetes.We are in an upstairs unit and Brandon has just gotten a prosetic leg.We had a bannister on one side but it is not adequate with his balance.our maintenance guys....Charlie and Mike have just installed a bannister on the other wall in the staircase.His bedroom and computer desk are upstairs....he was terrified he could not get up there.Mike and Charlie have completed that job and Brandon is thrilled as am I.We have lived here for 8 years and it is our home.In the past I have recommended this complex to friends because our Maintenance guys are the best. Charlie..Jim...and Mike and Steven the Manager.It is these people that make this place our home.....I hope you at Sequoia value them as much as we do.Thank you!!

Alyssa Deome: My roommates and I just moved into a townhouse 3 weeks ago and we are more than thrilled and satisfied with our new place!!! Coventry Park is the best little community. Les, Ashley, and Gavin in the leasing office have made the whole moving process so easy and smooth. They are professional, friendly, kind, and have a very welcoming and warm personality. They are very prompt in answering any questions we have or helping with anything we need. The maintenance team is super quick and friendly, our neighbors are very kind, and we love calling this place home. We feel so blessed to have found this place to live and are very grateful for the whole team that keeps Coventry Park feeling like a welcoming community. The attention to detail and the care that the team puts forth into their residents doesn't go unnoticed!

Amazing place to live at with children has a great pool with a hot tub and 2 gyms great prices for Roseville! The staff is by far the best I have ever had worked with also within walking distance of the elementary school great, shopping centers, and wonderful places to eat. Three beautiful parks that my child absolutely loves. I truly love it here.

I cannot express the kindness of Ashely Overton in the leasing office throughout the whole process of moving in! T!: At only 20 years old with two dogs I found it extremely difficult to find a housing place that could work with me! Adora townhomes was so communicative and understanding. I have never expected such a positive and easy experience moving into a new location. Eve and Amanda are very kind and easy to talk to, as well as the maintenance man being able to help out super quick if any problems come up within the home. I would recommend this place if you'd like a fresh, safe and peaceful environment!
Jay Miles: I miss living here and took it for granted now my family and I are living in a complex with the worst manager. Adora management team is admirable as well as their maintenance team. My wife miss the atmosphere the most from Adora, current living complex constantly smells like smoke, extremely loud and dirty :( . I miss living here as well as my family.

Wanda Hines: I absolutely love living at Adora luxury townhomes!! Amanda , the manager is amazing and she has been there for my family since day 1! She even knows everyone’s furry baby by name! We absolutely adore her! Jeff in maintenance is just the sweetest. Very polite, funny and always waves whenever he sees us! The apartments are spacious and gorgeous inside and out! The outside is always well maintained! Although we have decided to move back east next month I had to come up here and let everyone know to come check out these beautiful apartments!!! Oh and the location is EVERYTHING! It’s close to banks, grocery stores, restaurants, doctor offices, casinos and a lot more! I will miss living here and I will miss Amanda sooo much!!!!

Edward Moore: i love these apartments, Heidi and James are awesome, the maintenance crew is awesome, its a little expensive but well worth it. it's quiet, it's clean and it feels like they truly care for you .. I can't wait to come back in a couple years..
Heather stewart: I recently moved to Roseville and chose the Villages as my new home. The thing that drew me to this complex over other places was the amazing staff that works here. Maria and James are knowledgeable and caring. They can answer any question you have and are truly invested in you finding the place that is right for you. They make you feel at home from the minute you walk into the office. The grounds and the apartments are the most beautiful in the area. It is quiet and really feels like home. I look forward to spending many years here.

We met James who took us around and showed us a few apartments and all the amenities offered. James was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Leti Llamas: I had an unplanned departure from Roseville in 2020. I'm in town looking at apartment complexes, hoping to move back this July. During my one week visit here, I've looked and called 12 complexes in the Roseville & Rocklin areas. Hands down The Villages had the best customer service, prices, location and such a beautiful property. First I spoke with Maria who promptly scheduled a tour for me the very next morning. When I walked into the leasing office and met Maria, it was like I was talking with my best friend. Very warm and welcoming. I look forward to The Villages being my next home. haiden emmett: The villages were my first apartment moving to CA. I lived here for one year, only during the pandemic so I can’t really review on the amenities. It’s in a great location and honestly don’t have much to complain about. The guest parking situation can be rough when you have people staying for more than a day or two. Any work orders or concerns were promptly followed up on and office staff were always quick and friendly.The area felt secure and safe. They also didn’t try to withhold my deposit or charge me for ridiculous things that I didn’t cause like I have dealt with at past rentals.

Erin Roberts: We've lived in apartment homes in Roseville for the past 10 years and I can honestly say that living at Sonterra was the best! The manager Cassidy is so professional and organized. Whenever I needed maintenance or had a question, she was always quick to respond and took care of everything! I can tell that she really cares about the tenants and takes pride in her work. The maintenance man Michael was great with my dog if he had to come in when I wasn't home. The neighbors are friendly, and the complex is well kept and safe. We have finally found a house to move into but we will miss our friends and staff at Sonterra!
Jinni: I Moved in October 2021 and I have to say Manager Cassidy is by far the most professional and friendly Manager I have ever encountered. The Fast Response on repairs or issues have been impeccable. Community is very quiet and clean. Not to mention how close you are to all restaurants and shopping. Also the 3 golf course in a 3 mile radius is a plus. I will be staying until I purchase my home. A++
Connor Towne: Stellar management and maintenance team! Rapid response, effective resolutions and are genuinely nice people. I’ve lived in a multitude of complexes from Northern California to La Jolla, San Diego. Pricing is competitive, amenities are on par, and every pet in the complex knows Michael! We’ve had most of the maintenance work that has occurred throughout our stay by Michael, he as a natural affinity to animals and all my neighbors concur. My son even gets excited when he sees Michael walking around the complex to save someone’s day. If you talk to anyone at the office, speak to Cassidy! She is punctual, pleasant and the epitome of what a community manager should be. The literal only reason we are moving is for my sons school unfortunately. This will be the first time in my 13 years of renting that I will miss more than just my home.

Angelina Benavidez: We have been here for 11 months so far and I can’t say it enough about how great it’s been. The area is safe and beyond clean! The manager Cassidy.. by far the BEST manager we ever had. She has been so patient, helpful, caring, and understanding. Every time I have had a question/concern she has always addressed them right away and has been so kind every single time. Also MIKE the maintenance guy! He’s so awesome! He always makes sure everything is good and done in a timely manner and acknowledges us when we are out and about. We have a 2 year old and live in an upstairs unit and she is super energetic so we are looking elsewhere to live in a downstairs unit and if Sonterra doesn’t have any available by the time our lease is up we would be really sad to leave. Fingers crossed! This place is truly the best.

Marleny Maldonado: I moved to California for the first time in 2020 and I found Sonterra as my first home. Cassidy and micheal were very welcoming when I first moved in. I never really had a problem when I lived there and my maintenance request were always solved quickly. If I wasn’t a traveling nurse I would’ve stayed longer in Sonterra! Cassidy in the leasing office has always been quick to respond to my emails and help out even with me not living there! The Roseville area also has a lot of stuff around and it’s really convenient!

This place have been a very good experience for us is very quiet and calm we feel very relaxed living here.

My needs are always met. Property is very safe and clean. I would highly recommend this place for anyone to live. They are pet and kid friendly also which is a big plus. I would give 20 stars if possible. Michael the maintenance man is the number man on this property. If you have a problem and need immediate help he’s the one to come ASAP. Well done Sonterra staff.

I am super appreciative of her priority for customer service and management ability.Michael is the gentleman working maintenance. He always responds to my maintenance requests with urgency. He takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to get the job done. Michael will take the time to fix things I don't even put in for a request. He is so nice and respectful, even grabbed my trash for me so I didn't have to walk it all the way to the bin. Honestly, he is the best!Overall, my experience at Sonterra has been pleasant. Cassidy in the front office always manages to answer or solve requests with speed and makes us feel welcome. It has been a delight to live here, even in a pandemic.

The staff was extremely helpful which we did not get elsewhere as we are not moving until July and most did not give us the time of day. The property itself is very clean and well kept and the unit was very big and had large ceilings. We can’t wait to move in here in July!

Taro Garza: Quiet neighborhood with polite neighbors. They have Parcel Pending lockers which are new, and they don't charge you to use them yet. Area is central to a lot of amenities / great restaurants, and seems to be on the nearby hospital's power grid since we never had power fluctuations during some heavy storms. Maintenance team is quick and kind. Leasing staff is nice too, but the office is understaffed and we dealt with some financial duress after a mistake was made during a change of residency. It was the most affordable apartment in the area with the room count and amenities we were looking for during our initial search, so I don't regret living here but I wouldn't recommend applying if you don't have savings just in case you deal with any similar situations.

Jay Cross: Having been a resident of Deer Valley since 2016, my experiences in the community and with the property managers as well as the maintenance personnel have been positive and worthwhile. Theresa, Cindy and Willie in the front office have always been understanding and have addressed my concerns when brought up, doing the best they can no matter how challenging they may be, and often times going above and beyond. Although the maintenance personnels have changed in the past couple of years, they've been as attentive and quick to deliver on work order requests. I will continue to enjoy being part of this community now and in the foreseeable future.

Laura’s and her team are a true asset to the parent company!! Laura is the best apartment manager that I have ever experienced!! Her team is an excellent example of how to take care of tenants professionally and with great enthusiasm and care!! Cassidy helped me every step of the way and was amazing in all aspects of the rental process which was difficult during the pandemic!! Hanna was awesome too with staying in touch with me on the moving out process!! Gerarmo has always been kind and professional regarding his duties and a hard worker!! Imad Mugatash: I lived here for about two years. The front office ladies are kind and try their best to help you and give you the information that you need. I personally had a great experience living there. I felt safe me and my wife. I have lived in many places all over California but never felt as safe as I felt when I lived here. This place is very well maintained compared to many other places surrounding the area. You are right next to Safeway, nuggets, restaurants and other places. The only reason we moved out is to be closer to work. I will always miss this place and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to live comfortably and w a peace of mind. Lastly, thank you for all the help you provided for us!

Chad Colarusso: The Pearl Creek staff are great! The office is opened even on Saturday if you have any issues. The complex has a great pool, game and workout room. The grounds are kept very nice and clean, and they offer a trash concierge service. The apartment units are very modern w/ upgraded countertops and flooring. The units also have gas ranges in them which is a huge bonus if you cook. I had a very comfortable experience during my stay at Pearl Creek. I wish them the best.

Almost Always here by the next day to resolve any issues. They managed to get a new washing machine in and the old one out within a couple hours of inspecting the old machine. They have been very responsive to any maintenance issues, always available if there are any questions. Special shoutout to Chloe in the front office. She had patience and quickly resolved a billing issue. Her efforts were greatly appreciated.
