Sergey Marchuk: We have a large Campus with IT equipment in 12 buildings over several acres. We spent over a year with different IT companies trying to get all the network equipment working properly with little success. When I found IT Unlimited, things began to get better immediately. They had excellent communication from the start, and we built a great relationship through the planning and implementation of the entire campus project. We went from weak security, intermittent connectivity issues, and outages to fully operational isolated VLANs on wired and WiFi connections across the entire campus. IT Unlimited was able to fix ALL our problems, and the new network security it awesome. Our new computer network allows us to live stream our meetings, run several live training classes, and keep all our staff happy simultaneously with NO problems! I highly recommend IT Unlimited to any business that requires a fast a reliable computer network.
Greg Gutierrez: First of all, I have to say I’m not a tech kind of guy but my little fishing lure company has required a couple of computers to maintain inventory, retail customer information, company website, e-commerce site as well as wholesale sales and tax information.Recently I experienced a catastrophic hard drive failure causing me to lose all of my book keeping data included everything except my internet sales. I checked my system and there was no backup, I was lost!After speaking with Ryan and John from IT Unlimited they came up with a game plan and helped me recover all of my of my data, set up backups, adequate virus protection and more!I know there are other companies out there that provide these kinds of services, but in my opinion, there is only one company I will have touch my computer system…IT Unlimited!

Ryan was very helpful to get my computer working faster and to back up my files/pictures as well as making sure my computer was safe from viruses. He explained and showed me step by step on different areas/applications on my computer so I could access them when he was gone.
