A special THANK YOU for those of you that have given so faithfully to Excel Roseville for the past 23 years. It became apparent to the Excel Board members that we had taken the program as far as we could as a volunteer organization last summer when had to turn kids away because of limited space. At the same time we were approached by Boys and Girls Club of Placer County and on April 12th, 2019, Boys and Girls Club of Placer County began what we believe will be a long and successful journey in Roseville.
The mission of Boys and Girls Club is similar to Excel Roseville and we are delighted that they are committed to serving many more children in the community than our resources permitted.
Excel Roseville played a critical role in helping young people and their families in our community every year, whose lives were at risk for illiteracy, hunger, violence, and poverty. Like Excel, Boys and Girls Club integrates proven youth development principles and a strengths-based approach in order to help our community鈥檚 youth maximize success in their personal and academic paths.
Our Board and staff will assist in the transition and, because our hearts are committed to these children, we hope to advocate for Boys and Girls Club in Roseville for many years to come.

Robbiek *: Your Team at Chilton School Headed up by Pat took 10 minutes out of their busy day to help recover my 12 year old Daughters Cell phone which had dropped into the Storm Drain! The Team went over and above and this is why Roseville Parks and Recreation is so GREAT! Because of the PEOPLE! We love you Man! DAD

All of the programs have just been phenomenal! The swim lessons instructor ratio to students it's almost like having private lessons! One of the best resources our city can have!
