Once he had finished the inspection, he did a complete walk round of the outside and inside pointing out all relevant issues of concern. He was very thorough in his explanations. The report from Spencer was received the next morning again highlighting the issues with photographs of every detail. The report was color coded which made it visually easy to go through. Chris Hu: Very professional and on time, used them for many of my projects, especially some of the commercial property inspections, most of the reports we got from them are able to help me as a realtor or as a buyer to ask for price reductions or credit incentive from seller or owner who are selling their properties. Not only the savings but we are able to identify the problems with the properties that you are buying, super important process for a buyer to understand what are the problems with a properties and as for seller for them to early identify the problems and solve them early on instead of wasting time for buyers who might be scared of the potential problems or repairs needed, very beneficial for each side to have an inspection done and review them in a timely manner.

Melanie Johnson: When my builder changed our walk-through dates at last minute, Matt was very flexible in shifting times. After he completed his inspection, he let our builder know the key things that needed to be fixed so they could begin making arrangements before the end of that business day AND he had the completed report, with detailed pictures and descriptions, back to us within HOURS. As a result, we were able to get all the key items addressed and closed on our new home without any delays. When the builder followed-up with us a week after our move-in, I took out my print copy of my inspection report, which I had post-it flagged with additional items that I wanted to address. I'm very grateful for the informative and expert inspection Matt provided.Within hours of receiving my report, my brand new neighbor asked me how my walk-through was and I mentioned my inspection and she realized she hadn't considered getting one done. We reached out to Matt and he was able to squeeze her in the next day!!Wonderful service!
Chris Cummings: for the appointment. He was very thorough with the inspection and afterwards took the time to walk me around the house to discuss the high points. The best part is I left the experience feeling comfortable with what I had learned and in better shape to make an informed decision on the house. Quick turnaround on the inspection report as he had it to me in half a day.Another opportunity with a different house came up literally a few days later. It had a tight inspection window but the condition of the house warranted it. With the convenience of SacPro’s website I was able to schedule the inspection during the home showing and confirm with the realtors all in a matter of a couple minutes. Same experience as the first and had the piece of mind that we would be able to hit the inspection window and move quickly on an opportunity. It made all the difference between buying the house and missing out on an opportunity in a very difficult housing market.
Malenee Herrera: Recently purchased my first home and wanted to make sure I had the best of the best inspections. My realtor referred me to Matt Gray, who happened to be available within a few days which was great for our tight deadline. I must say that working with Matt was the BEST experience I could have asked for, especially as a first time buyer. Matt was extremely thorough in his inspection and took his time to carefully look things over. At the end of the inspection, we did a walk through where he pointed out both major and minor things he found during his inspection, along with recommendations for how to address some of those items. Matt's experience did not go unnoticed, he was extremely knowledgeable and articulate and open to answering any questions along the way. One more thing worth pointing out is the actual format of the inspection report. Matt's report was extremely thought out and user friendly with a super easy-to-access PDF file which you can use online or print out. I sincerely enjoyed working with Matt and would recommend him and SacPro in a heartbeat.

Jennifer Atherton: I called Matt and said I needed an inspection ASAP for a 2 week escrow on a condo in Antelope, CA. He came out at 8:30am the next day and did the BEST and thorough inspection I could of asked for! The condo was only 820 square feet and he took the 3 hours to inspect! We went over everything with the new buyer and the seller and we all know that condo -inside and out. What I appreciate is that I know I can trust him and his report and we won't have ANY surprises later. Some inspectors have been in the business a long time and they start to take short cuts- this will be expensive for the Agent and buyer in the long run. SAVE MONEY AND CALL MATT! At the end of the inspection he took out his Thermal camera so we could look at the pipes in the walls- ABOVE AND BEYOND! Brandy Christensen: Kelly Reeves just helped my clients avoid making a $150,000 mistake! Because he was thorough in his evaluation of a property that Ben and Megan were in contract on, we were able to call in a structural engineer who verified that the home they were about to purchase would require up to $150,000 in structural repairs just to protect their investment. As first time homebuyers they do not have the financial resources to make these kinds of repairs. The first red flag revealed itself when we couldn't find any permits or county records of a 2nd story addition that was added to the home. When I shared this information with Kelly he diligently went to work to assess the foundation and supporting piers and beams. He noticed inadequacies and recommended further evaluation by a licensed professional. Although my clients are disappointed that they had to cancel, they are relieved that they are not stuck with a problem bigger than they can manage.
