And return messages if you catch them off hours. The product I purchased did not work for my application, and I needed to return it. This is where I would typically cringe, because who ever knows what to expect anymore. The return was processed immediately without a hassle, and the shipping label was sent to me, covering the postage. If you are looking for a new vendor, I'd give them a try without a second thought.

I contacted a couple alarm companies based off a google search and I immediately took a liking to Alert360. Sure enough, Andrew K. contacted me shortly by text and we scheduled a call to start the process. We chose Alert 360 because of the incredible customer service and reasonable pricing. Andrew was always so responsive by text, email, and phone. He truly went above and beyond his scope of responsibility to help us ensure everything was set up properly and in a timely manner. Our technician was Tina and she was did a wonderful job with installation. She had to make a few trips back out to the house to complete the job and was always so professional and patient to get the job done.
