DJ Schaub: If you are a carpet cleaning professional in California, you should read this review. We are the owners of a Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning company based in Fremont, CA. The reason I mention this is because we spent weeks talking with every equipment supply and service company in the bay area to fix a major problem with our new HydraMaster truck mounted machine. No one would help us. We were forced to expand our search. Then we found CleanHub in Sacramento. Here is our review.The problem was that our HyrdaMaster Machine was not generating heat over 170 degrees. This is at least 40 degrees below HydraMaster specs; This problem prevents thorough cleaning; it had to be fixed. We started with our equipment installer, JonDon and continued with every other bay area company that we could find. Not one of these companies would diagnose let alone fix this problem. Then we found CleanHub and our problem became their problem.We drove our truck to CleanHub in Sacramento. We met James the owner and Ken who quickly diagnosed the problem – air in the coolant system that prevented the system from pressurizing and creating effective heat exchange. Ken had to purge the system several times to remove all the air. During this process, Ken checked all fittings / gauges and found and tightened one loose fitting. Ken compared our HyrdaMaster to an identical HyrdaMaster machine that he had just finished installing. Our HydraMaster machine is now operating as designed!We are grateful and thank God that we found CleanHub. Not only did Ken fix a major problem that no other company would even diagnose, but Ken and James spent time sharing their insights about our machine based on their 25 years in this business. Finally, Miguel who runs the sales counter gave us tips on how to get customer leads. With CleanHub, we got much more value than we paid for.
