Viki Morozova: Best Library!!! Lots of amazing books!!! Love
joseph xavier for coding: Great selection of books to borrow from
Michael Johnson (Mike Johnson): The library itself is small, but laid out well with children's literature downstairs and older material upstairs to try to keep the upper level less chaotic. The facilities are clean and organized and the staff is warm and helpful. The utilities exploration center nextdoor is an incredible interactive experience for children and adults alike. Educational and fun, it is an essential stop for children
Paul Lee: Dramatic contemporary architecture, hosting a public access television studio!
Marah Mansour: Very nice and clean library. Calm and quiet for students. Good for kids activities, playing, reading and painting. Very comfy chairs. U can use it to study and work.
I A: Nice library, lot of spots for individual study with plenty of outlets. Second floor is for studying, although theres plenty of noise coming from first floor where plenty of kids are present, also parents from first floor don't realize theyre in library, it can become very loud, so you can hear everything to 2nd floor. You can rent enclosed rooms on 2nd floor, but they are limited and are taken.
David James: Our family library. Great people, great selection and free for residents!
Maya B.: Fantastic place for the entire family! Great play area outside for kids big and little. The STEM activities for the kids. My toddler loves this library.
Kelsey Bayles: Phenomenal staff. We’ve been to this library several times in the past and always loved it, but we were sheltered in place here during the active shooting incident in April. I can’t even begin to describe how absolutely wonderful the staff were to all of the children, when I’m sure they must have been terrified themselves. We are forever grateful to them.

kimi k.: A quiet and clean public library. The WiFi connection is good and you can use either the city or the library for free.Of course, there are also free PCs available, and once you log out, all your history is erased, so you can rest assured. It's close to downtown, so when the weather's nice, I sometimes go there for a walk from my house. This time of year, when temperatures exceed 100 degrees, the facility operates as a public cooling shelter and has extended opening hours. It is also a public library that helps homeless people.Library also sell used books, CDs, DVDs, etc. for a limited time, and sometimes even at half price. If you are interested, give it a visit. You might find something interesting.Parking is not a problem.I only go there occasionally, but it's my favorite library.
Elle Buda: It's has a really lovely kid area, perfect for my toddler
Sequoia Sempervirens: Excellent public library with a wonderful children’s section.
Rt Galvez: -access only in the front side building door kept lock and INCONVENIENCE for people with disabilities since the parking is all the way down to the back. They have a good variety of Books from toddler up to adults. They have : backpacks set for exploring 🎒Educational Toys Advance STEM Toys 🎨Book store - with minimal selection. 📚
Danielle Ouellet: Huge interior and always clean staff is quick to help and answers questions I have conpeyently. Security guy nice and helpfull
Tabetha Newman: Such kind ladies
Anna: The bathrooms were clean. It was a bit loud for a library. A lot of people sleeping on the tables. The security guard was always on his phone and taking pictures of himself which i found interesting. The books were scarce. A good place to go and cool off when it’s very hot outside.
Corrine Wiens: Love Roseville library!
Thuy Nguyen: Our first time here and we got signed up for summer reading and joined the reading time! It was a great turn out.

J L: are sourced and delivered. There are games, scavenger hunts, and tons of interactive displays about conservation, decomposition, recycling, reusing, reducing, etc. Because it's all hands-on, kids love it and everything's really quite engaging. The whole place is well lighted and designed and just very welcoming b/c it's so filled with colorful and creative posters, demonstrations, and activities. It's also fun for parents and other adults. There are also various programs held here to educate the public about topics like composting, gardening, conserving energy, and special programs for kids to learn about the application of science and technology. Overall, this is a really wonderful center for exploration!
Adam Winn: Super fun for the kiddo. Great staff!Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No Price for adult entry Free …

Tanya C: Excellent place for curious little minds. Helpful staff, hands-on activities. And best of all- it's FREE!
Lin: My son loves here soooooo much. We try to join the activity every month since I found out about it. After the activity is over, my son has a lot of fun in the Utility center, like playing magnets, electric generators, pizzles, ect. The workers and volunteers are super nice and patient. My son always asks to stay another 10 minutes and another 10 minutes. He doesn't want to leave every time we are there.
Aryaman Singh: Cool place to learn about saving the earth!Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait …
ELizabeth W.: Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Price for adult entry Free
Robert Noll: Great place for kidsVisited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No Price for adult entry Free …
Kue Lee: Really awesome place to learn about the great things that the City of Roseville utility provides for its residents. Lots of fun activities for kids and super educational.
Don Mikus: Awesome and Friendly Staff!
Water Heaters Only, Inc.: We had a great time at the recent Roseville Earth Festival. The utility exploration hosted the event and they did a great job! The library inside is a great resource for young kids to learn about earth conservation and earth sciences. Also the locally made up-cycled art hanging on the walls is a real eye catcher. I recommend at least one trip to the center just to see what they have going on. However, the Earth festival was amazing, great food trucks, live music and animal and fashion shows. Lots of tips for conservation, plus cool energy and water saving products!

Stephen Smith: One of the best public libraries I've ever experienced. Their policies are more human & understanding; never draconian like so many other places. Great selection of fiction reading. I haven't had much opportunity to use their non-fiction collections, so cannot speak to that. Good audio-visual collections, too.
Uriah Soloman-Burke: Always fun to go with the kids. Love the movie nights and the extra activities that keep the littles busy and having fun. Highly recommend. Parking is difficult though.
Sarah: Kathryn, Karen and Hannah. Thank you so much for helping with our meeting today. Kathryn helped so much with getting everything set up for our football meeting and getting our room reserved! Everything went perfect at the meeting. Thanks again Lincoln Library.
Laura Hernandez: Great library and staff just wish the entrance was so far away.
Michael Joesting: Wonderful experience every time. Great children's area and book selection. People who work there are always friendly.
Chris Gray: Easy in and out with great staff!

Alyssa Coffman: I haven't been to the other libraries around town, but this is the libary I live closest too. I'm at the libary at least once a week. I like doing the reading challenges when they appear. At the writing of this review, they're doing a choose your own adventure challenge and that has been really fun.
leticia Gaona: Peace of mind, clean and help at the moment if you request it, be careful if you don't deliver the books on time they will charge you for it and with interest lol.Tranquility, clean and help at the moment if you request it, be careful if you don't deliver the books on time they will charge you for it and with interest lol.

I was applying for a small business loan and they both walked me through all the way to the end… There were so many steps and the gals were right there till the application was submitted!
