Jen Ken: I went in to check out a new chair for my home. I was greeted by a friendly person who let me take the time on my own to look around and test-sit in the ones I liked. There was no pressure at all.I later came back to re-measure to make sure the one I had my eye on would work. I even opted for the ottoman with storage! Their sales staff was super efficient in getting the order written up.The communications were great on when to expect pick up and it was an easy process on the day we came to get the chair! I'll definitely be shopping here in the future.
TJ Duong: Bob’s in Roseville has a very nice interior and prices that will beat any other furniture store. Their furniture quality is similar to RC Willey's. Jack, our salesman, was very helpful in finding the right sectional for us and also assisted us in making a decision on a matching ottoman. We highly recommend checking it out!

She took so much time to find out just exactly what would work best for our style, lifestyle, and comfort. Absolutely “on it” when we had questions and decided to make changes. Loved working with Rana! We looked absolutely everywhere when we decided to buy new furniture. So happy we found Bassett for the quality furniture we were looking for.

We have owned Bassett made furniture in the past so we trust the quality, but we were so happy with the customer service, knowledge and design that Kimberley brought to our impromptu consultation! Ryan Granchalek: . Katie did warn us that due to Covid orders are taking a little bit longer than the usual 8 weeks for custom furniture.This is where my frustrations began. After you sign a contract with Bassett they do not have any processes in place to proactively update you on the status of your order. As a type a person and with family coming into town I wanted to really understand when my order would arrive. I repeatedly reached out to the store with limited information.I don’t know if you’ve ever seen the dominoes app where you can literally see every single stage of the process of what your order is inputted, being assembled, finished, and out for delivery... Bassett needs this.After 10 weeks and still not receiving any communication or my order I escalated to the store management, Jared. I went in guns blazing and was pleasantly surprised with Jared‘s response and effort to get me information on a timely basis. He was able to provide me with daily updates and personally delivered several of my items in two shipments versus the originally planned one to get me my items as fast as possible.I went from 5 star to 1 star to finish at 4... I would consider using them again as I love the furniture but they need help in operations.Ryan
