Garland Shanmugam: I come from another state, and have lived in Roseville for 7 years. I hope people aren't taking for granted how excellent these services are. I have never lost power, when before I would lose it every year 4-5 times a year. I have never had a bad drink of water, and am impressed with the cities ground water. The garbage pick-up has never been missed.
Eric Rudy: I called Roseville Utilities because I needed a new trash container. I ended up speaking with Jolene who was absolutely fabulous. She was extremely helpful, professional, fast to take care of my request and most importantly she was very nice. I highly recommend when you call there to ask specifically for Jolene. You will have a great customer service experience because she is the best!
