    Courtney McDonald: I came in to switch my phone service and add internet from another provider. Corban was the person who helped me.We had some issues getting my phone number ported and my phone activated, but he really went through every option and even multiple Verizon agents to make sure that we had exhausted all options. The Verizon agents were not very helpful and actually made the problem worse. In particular, we had an agent manually port my number, but they neglected to tell me and Corban that there was an outstanding issue company wide that phones where not activating at that time. My phone number did get ported, BUT we couldn't activate the phone. We were both frustrated and ultimately I had to leave the store without service.The next morning, I called him back at the store, and once we saw that the issue had been resolved, he went right back to work on activating the phone. We were able activate the phone with no issues, and it seemed to be working out well.But then, I was having problems with my SMS messages, so I had to call Corban back. He helped me troubleshoot a few things, which didn't work out, but he got back on with a Verizon Agent, and they were able to assist both of us. Everything was resolved.Corban was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and efficient. Even though my transition wasn't the smoothest, his help through it definitely made my overall experience more positive.And that fact that I did get a great deal on my services is even better. I was quoted services at a higher prices with the person I spoke with previously.I definitely recommend going to this Verizon store for any help needed.

Umer was professional throughout the entire process which made the choice that much easier to make. I activated a new line, iPad, and AT&T Air for my home WiFi.The main reason I wanted to inquire about AT&T was because I had a poor experience at a nearby Verizon store.I highly recommend the AT&T Galleria location and specify if you can make an appointment with Umer Ahmad.

I have not always been able to say this, and I have frequently thought of leaving AT&T because of the difficulty getting things accomplished by app, website or through their satellite stores. Not so today! I went to AT&T Galleria and Umer Ahmad was able complete everything I needed. He was so pleasant and easy to deal with, and made it look so easy. We 1-changed account owners, 2-added a line, 3-purchased a new phone, 4-applied available discounts, 5-updated billing, 6-transferred data from old to new phone. Fantastic! Umer was a pro and went above and beyond. I am 100% happy with AT&T today.

    Dave Perez: What a very pleasant experience at this location. I'm on a trip from Reno Nevada to the Bay area, needed a phone case and was in a pinched. Called and spoke to a gentleman named John, let me know that they had phone cases in stock for the phone I needed, pulled off the highway ... by the way literally right off the highway "Great, convenient location" walked into the store and was greeted with a smile. John showed me the different options, although the prices for these cases are extremely expensive but then again this is retail. Found the case I needed, was in and out in no time. If you're the owner of this location and you read this, please give John a high five and buy him a Starbucks 馃榿 - you can tell from his enthusiasm that he enjoys his job, he's very knowledgeable and overall has great customer service skills. In less than 10 minutes, they fixed my problem, eliminating the need for a password and gave me a T-mobile app that lets me read or hear the saved messages!* That's what I call great service!
