VERNON Frayna: We just purchased a home in Plumas Lake. It's a newer home that we love everything about except the old carpet flooring. Emilia was highly recommended to us by a friend. Within the same day upon knowing that we're planning to have the floor upgraded, Emilia contacted me. It took me a couple of days to get back to her. I told her that we wanted the floor done before we move from Sacramento in mid-July. Emilia is very easy to talk to. I gave her 2 dates to choose from based upon our real estate agent's availability so Emilia can measure the floor area in the new house & it was completed just like that! After that we set up a meeting date at our former house to discuss the details & the quote. Emilia has a mobile "warehouse" in her van. She showed us samples of both laminate & luxury vinyl materials. She is knowledgeable not just about the materials but the actual work that needed to be done. Emilia got our nod over two other floor sales agents who also gave us quotes based on her professionalism, knowledge, flexibility, & integrity. A date was set to do the flooring & in 2 days time, we have new luxury vinyl flooring exactly 2 days before the big move! The quality of work is commendable! Emilia's workers managed to clean the work area for us & we are very pleased with the outcome! I would also highly recommend Floor Coverings International & Emilia's team to anyone who is planning to have their floor done/redone!!!

Melanie Humphrey: S&G Carpet in Roseville is such a pleasure to work with. I had carpet and hard flooring installed by them last year and its held up great. It was the same price to have S&G do the work as it was Home Depot. We found some issues while installing and S&G fixed the issues for free per their no surprise policy. They really do follow through on the no surprise guarantee. We just had them install new carpet and baseboards in another area of the house last week and they did a beautiful job! The work on the baseboards was especially excellent. We have curved corners on our walls and they custom cut every corner on the baseboard to curve with the wall. It looks exceptional. We have a few more flooring projects to go for the future and we won't ever use anyone else. We've recommended S&G to friends and family. My MIL had them install hard flooring and there was a small issue a few months later, S&G came out and fixed it for free, no issue at all. Truly the best customer service.

Sandra Mallory: We just had our flooring replaced with Granite Bay Flooring. Couldn't be more thrilled with the results. We had 20 + years old tile and carpet removed in a 3500 sq ft home and replaced with the majority of hardwood with some carpet. . They promised two weeks and finished in a week and a half. Their crew is awesome, on time everyday, professional, neat and courteous. The whole process was great and would definitely recommend the company to anyone who is thinking about new flooring. Nancy at the store is the sweetest and so helpful. So glad we found them.

They took great care to protect our existing floors and, after working solidly for 12 hours to finish the floor, did a meticulous job of cleaning up. The end result is a spectacular improvement to our house. Ginny Ritz: Being a Realtor and an independent type gal, I love to work with people and companies who give me room to do my thing! lol. My experience with S & G was fantastic. I was free to look as much as I wanted, I needed to keep the cost as low as possible for my client and not once did I feel like they tried to push me up into a higher priced flooring option. All my questions got answered and they knew I needed the install done in a short amount of time. It was not a big job, they did not have to accommodate me, but they squeezed my install in!
