Matt Carlson: Go here before you go anywhere else. We came to Niello Acura after a horrible experience at Roseville Toyota. Brian Wood our sales guy was amazing and an absolute pro! He was very attentive answering all of my daughters questions and treating her like the adult she is who is spending her own cash money to purchase her first car. From start to finish we worked with Brian, not once were we handed off to the next guy to haggle over price. For comparison we dealt with 4 different guys a Roseville Toyota each one worse than the next. Everyone we dealt with at Niello was top notch and were the consummate professionals and best yet the price on the car was the price we paid.

Molly Yager: Leading up to the purchase of my vehicle, Kyle was a great salesman to work with. He wasn’t pushy at all, but very helpful. I lost faith in Future Ford of Roseville when I needed a repair. There seemed to be miscommunication with the salesman that sold me the vehicle and scheduling the repair. He ended up telling me he would buy me a paint pen to touch up the paint on my new Lincoln. Anyway, I no longer have to communicate with him and faith was restored when I met Josh, the due bill coordinator!!! He was so kind, attentive, and communicative. MARK MEDEIROS: This past Thursday I pulled up to the service bay at 5:55 p.m. with no appointment. I'm thinking to myself there is no way that their going to service my Corvette for a weak battery 5 minutes before closing. As I walk to one of the service stations I see Jacob, who has been my service advisor for my Corvette several times in the past. I told him my situation and without hesitation he went out of his way to make sure I would not leave the dealership with a weak battery, I was impressed. What's even more impressive is that he had my Corvette ready in less than 20 minutes. Never have I been to any dealership and have my car serviced in 20 minutes or less to my satisfaction until this past Thursday. Not only is Jacob as asset to Roseville Chevrolet but also to the General Motors Corporation. I was stressed out and had to find a car as soon as possible for work and after checking several car parks that had very sketchy loan terms I finally found Mazda Roseville. Cole was nicer to me than anybody I had talked with in the past week. He was able to help me with my loan which probably was not easy on his and and was extremely kind and patient throughout the whole situation.I wanted to wait to write the review to make sure my car had no problems and my used Mazda 6 has been a dream. Cannot recommend Mazda Roseville or Cole enough!

Feliciano Hernandez: Nice helpful staff and friendly front desk helped me find the same sales person that showed me different car options the week before. I had no pressure to buy that day, but wanted to come back to purchase with Brian Randall from his great customer service. I previously bought a car from Acura, but didn't want to go back because the price of maintenance increased too high. Also, Scott Holden helped me with signing the contract fast because my kids were getting restless. They were all very kind to my kids and gave them toys to play with instead of watching the TV for the whole time. I can't wait to see the new building next door when its finished. The one thing I found bad was the one way street makes you go around the whole automall to get to the dealer if you take the wrong street into the automall.
