Laura Cannon: Visiting family from out of town. The room was nice and comfy. I was not the one staying in the Residence Inn.Rooms: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …
Jim A: Good hotel to stay for The Weekend. Has a full kitchen and separate rooms if you get the suite. The indoor pool is good but the chlorine is strong. Casino and restaurants not too far. The living room cable was out when we stayed and I had to call front desk to complain but mgr was able to accommodate points in my acct for future stay. Another good thing is free breakfast. Not the greatest but it’ll do! Lol
E. Annelisa Rheuben: as a treat to ho with her apple and banana. Yes, people, they had good produce too!Noteworthy details: I honestly wish we could have stayed more that one night. The staff were helpful, kind, and efficient with check in, getting pool towels, check out, any questions we had, etc.. The indoor pool area is hot because the pool and hot tub are actually quite warm. We went twice because my little had so much fun.

Adri Richards: The Hyatt in Roseville is more than just a place to stay; it's a destination that caters to the discerning traveler. Whether it's the strategic location or the exceptional service, this hotel has earned my recommendation. The hotel's proximity to many dining options. Nestled just around the corner from The Galleria mall, the convenience of having both shopping and dining within easy reach was a luxury in itself.Should my travels bring me back to Roseville, the Hyatt will undoubtedly be my accommodation of choice.

Karri Jones: When we arrived to check in, there wasn't a room ready for us. We got there about an hour after check-in started. We were told it would be another hour and a half. When we came back to finally get checked in, we got to the room, and the door was open. We had to go get the front desk employee to come and check the room to make sure no one was in it or had done something to the room. The door would only stay shut if the door was locked from the inside. At check out, we let the front desk know about the door. They said they already knew. If they know there's a problem with that room door, why are they putting people in there?
Angela Jones: The description of the hotel is spot on - "unfussy w/free breakfast." The hotel rooms may be a bit older, however, I found the hotel was impeccably clean & the staff were very friendly & gave excellent customer service.I ended up staying here one night bc I made a reservation at the wrong location apart from a group I was traveling with. I was frustrated by my own error, but the state of the hotel & extra friendly service greatly mitigated my issue.
Ŕada Tang: that accommodate me to a different room with a good working AC.. amen to thatRooms: Clean roomsFood & drinks: good coffee, good breakfast
Justen Walker: The hotel itself is OK but it's very walkable... there are several shopping centers, grocery stores and and delicious restaurants nearby. There is the plus that some rooms have kitchenettes. I was able to prepare a delicious one skillet Louisiana meal... and rosemary and lavender are in abundance along the streets and property.Rooms: Our room was very clean and featured two queen beds a large television to fridges a two burner stove top microwave and breakfast area. The water pressure and temperature were amazing.
Al Valcárcel: The location was great, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast consisted of coffee, juice, eggs, bacon, sausages, and muffins - they were all very good. I will stay at this hotel again.Nearby activities: The Almond Tree Lounge was next door - the locals were very friendlyFood & drinks: Had cocktails and beer 🍺

Christi Knight: Great hotel, friendly staff, beautiful rooms, great area, breakfast is always delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel.
Robert In Loomis: Nice, new, safe, clean all of the things you worry about are good. I would say the civil engineers got carried away with the roads and barriers to local businesses though. The maze of roads and rules governing your entrance to this area is unnecessary. The rooms are very tasteful. We were on the second floor so I was able to easily get to the car from the stairs through a key card controlled door.
Denise Thomas: We have been at this Marriott a few times. Very nice and clean rooms. Great service. They have a great breakfast every morning. We have been very comfortable here. I highly recommend staying here
Sigrette Bell: Rooms: The room was nice clean and spacious..The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazingNearby activities: Walking distance to Top Golf9 minute drive to Thunder Valley.Lots of shopping.Food & drinks: The morning breakfast was the best I've ever had away from home
Laura Starkand: . There are a lot of outlets and most outlets have both plugs and usb ports for charging.Food & drinks: Several good options for food are in the same complex as this hotel. Also, hotel breakfast is good with multiple options. There is also a mini mart in the hotel lobby with a selection of snacks, frozen goodies, meal items, drinks and health/beauty items.

Lisa Strayer: I’m disabled, pretty short and wheelchair bound. They gave us a room that was handicapped acceptable with an amazing bathroom & shower. The only bad thing was the soap/shampoo was kind of high up on the wall and a little difficult to reach, they were glued to the wall and I couldn’t take them off the wall and both were almost empty. The bathroom doorway was kind of difficult to get through, but I managed. It may seem odd to comment about the bathroom, but it is important to me.I’ve found in the past that the beds are high off the ground, the beds in our room were GREAT!!
Agelithoo Rodriguez: For me it was a very nice experience, I loved the room, very clean, friendly staff, especially very quiet.Rooms: Everything very cleanSafety: Excellent
Karen Fagundes: Great deal for a night. Very nice staff, even in a hot office with no A/C and very busy lobby. In the last year they've updated the rooms, and furniture. Security great and very quite.Nearby activities: Royer park, library, Galleria mall, sun splash, shopping.Safety: Great securityWalkability: Lots of close shoppingFood & drinks: Lots delicious restaurants and donut shop close by

Tony Iuga: Good value stay near Sacramento with friendly hosts! Stayed here for one night for seeing the Red Hot Chili Peppers concert at nearby Toyota Amphitheater, and it was in a pretty convenient location with a clean room.Nearby activities: Toyota Amphitheater
Vincenzo: Clean modern rooms with very friendly and professional staff from front desk to maintenance staff. Windows in the room needed replaced as they suffered from weather damage making it impossible to see out of, but it wasn't all windows. Regardless the room was perfect for a business stay. Very clean with what appeared to be new carpets or at least very well maintained. Highly recommend staying here.
Arnoldo Choc: Magnificent
Dave Zempel: Nice place to stay. However, the noise from the A/C really interfered with a good night's sleep. I gotta say though that the shower was great. My only recommendation would here would be to figure out the shampoo/conditioner/bodywash bottles before you get your shower started. They are not clearly labeled for those of us that wear glasses.
Kathy Greenleaf: Great place to stay! Lori, the front desk lady, was so nice and helpful and checked us in quickly and efficiently, and got my disabled daughter and I a room close to our vehicle and the pool. Rooms were very clean, and smelled nice. The pool was the best heated indoor pool we have had anywhere, super clean and warm. Breakfast was very nice with strawberry compote along with whip cream for waffles, scrambled eggs and sausages, plus quite a few other options. Price was affordable as well. Great stay, thank you!
Sherry “Tiki” Moreno: Excellent customer service. Lori was an exceptional "front desk" employee. She was very knowledgeable and able assist me with the mistake made by my travel agent regarding my stay. The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. My only complaint would be there was no microwave in the room.
Shannon Ohagan: I stayed here when my father was across the street at center in ICU and them and the hospital have a thing n i was able to stay for free since i am hours from home. Was such a traumatic thing and was dealing with it was a blessing that they were there and it was a beautiful motel fantastic breakfast the staff was the best there was around here. I went and stayed at a couple other hotels in the area for actually more than what this is I actually just assumed this was a lot more expensive but I paid more and got nothing compared to this I'm going to say a two-star for costing me more than this hotel did this is definitely an amazing hotel amazing service I can go on and on and on.. I would definitely stay here again until my friends and family this is the place to stay you're treated like family.!!!!!Rooms: Huge very big the bathrooms are great the only thing that they were missing is room safe. Other than that I gave him a 10Food & drinks: As I said you got a complimentary breakfast it's not just a muffin it is I mean a full full breakfast bagels granola yogurt and waffles the list goes on juice the full breakfast like a real breakfast at home they make it like you're at home experience you know and if you don't want to eat there there's places right in a black couple block radius or Starbucks close by actually everything's closed by it's in a perfect location.

Sid Carter: Nice, spacious rooms. Clean and takes pets!Rooms: Big and cleanFood & drinks: Tons of restaurants nearby
Pam McNutt: The only thing I would say is this…there was a pizza delivery to one of the hotel guests and the person working the desk sent him to that room. My suggestion would have been to call the person in the room and have them come down and pick up the pizza from the delivery guy. Other than that everything was great!!Nearby activities: The mall was closed by as were many restaurants.

Donald Larkin: My wife and I were visiting Thunder Valley and needed a place to stay the night. Planned on staying one night, but then decided to come back and stay another due to how nice the room was, a suite! and budget friendly. We will definitely be back. A quick and easy ride/drive to Thunder Valley.Rooms: I had the King suite, nice room, a small full size fridge, electric stove, microwave, fully loaded with dishes, even a bottle and wine opener. Very nice room.Nearby activities: Thunder Valley Casino 5 min away.Safety: Very nice and comfortable Area.Food & drinks: There are quite a few places to eat within a 3 mile radius.
S B: Stayed here 1 night and was very happy with the Hotel. The Young Woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Got to our room and it was very spacious and clean. Enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning as well. If you're picky about free breakfast then find a nice place to buy yourself something else. Only 2 down falls, tub didn't drain well and the bed was a bit hard causing my sides to hurt. Overall, I'll stay here again.Rooms: Clean and spaciousSafety: Seemed to be a great areaFood & drinks: Plenty of options around the area
Joann Casiano Enzi: We reserved a room with 2 queen beds at this hotel due to our original one being without power due to the severe weather causing outages. We were notified that they didn’t have the room we wanted and upgraded us to the larger 2 bedroom suite. The staff were all friendly and professional and they had a good breakfast spread with plenty of seating options.Rooms: It was clean, large and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with the basic necessities, a fold out couch in the living room and nice closets in each bedroom.Nearby activities: This hotel was conveniently located close to the shopping areas in Rocklin, the Roseville Galleria and Thunder Valley Casino. Lots of restaurants to choose from and activities to make your stay more enjoyable.Safety: This hotel was located in a safe part of town.

Charles Phillips: Clean, quiet, exceptionally friendly staff. Nice continental breakfast. Many entertainment options very close by even walkable. I'd recommend it for family travelers.Rooms: Great two bedroom. Couldn't figure out why all the TV'S kept rebooting every 10 to fifteen minutes.
Raul Medina: Everything but the cafe experience which I realize might be a separate operator inside of the property was great.Service was veryslowPricing inconsistent for the same coffee order every morning.Appreciate a hotel that offers a continental breakfast or maybe a full service restaurant.Other than that it's a great hotelRooms: Excellent clean rooms with amenities I needed for my trip
Sheri Yoshida: I was in town for a concert at The Venue at Thunder Valley, so I only stayed one night with no time to use the facilities other than the room. I liked the updated rooms, but the hotel is crammed into the corner at an intersection with several Marriott properties. The grounds felt cramped. The vanity area is pretty dim which may be good for another person still sleeping, but for the person getting ready, it's not as nice. Desk staff was attentive and pleasant at check-in, and I slept well in the Marriott bedding. The conditioner in the shower was very nearly empty, but I didn't discover that until I needed it - and then it was too late. I had a first floor room, and when I went to check that the window was secured for my safety, I found it unlocked and without the safety bar engaged. It was in working order, so I secured it with no problem.

M S: Best place we’ve stayed at. We travel quite often and we love the amenities, breakfast, location. And all the staff is really nice, Juliana at the front desk is super friendly and informative about the area and local places to shop or eat.Rooms: Rooms are nice and clean. Have all the basic utensils you need with fridge and micro wave.Nearby activities: Top golf right across along with axe throwing bar. Good for just hanging out.Safety: Safe and secure areaWalkability: Short walk awayFood & drinks: Many options nearby.
Vida Bierria-Alexander: Home2Suites is my go to when visiting cities and it's not a special celebration or occasion. No frills hotel with spacious rooms, full size fridge, microwave, and in-room coffee. Dining table and sofa in living area. They do serve a complimentary breakfast. I did not have breakfast during my stay at this location so no comment. Breakfast is usually plain and very simple. If breakfast is your biggest meal of the day plan for something else. If you need a bite until lunch it might be ok for you.No bar, no restaurant, and no music. However, they are usually located in areas where you can easily find full service restaurants, bars, shopping, and grocery stores. The hotel lobby does have ample sitting and lounging area as well as patio seating. Onsite pool and gym as well.
Chuck Swanson: Clean rooms, great attentive service, and the free breakfast is good. They have a great breakfast selection that changes each morning. The hotel has a gym and pool. Used the treadmill in the gym. My "go-to" place when visiting this location. Having a kitchen is nice. Has coin-operated washers and dryers. Great sandwich shop and Japanese restaurant within walking distance.Rooms: Electric operated window covers can totally block the outside light Great for folks working nights or who need to sleep late.Nearby activities: Axe throwing bar nearby if you enjoy that activity.Noteworthy details: With the Hilton app, you can use your phone to unlock your room. There is no need to worry about miss placing your key card. You can also use your phone to operate the television with the app as well.
Deborah Bailey: Top quality all the way around. Became a member and I will use this chain againRooms: Large, great kitchen and the couch was comfortable.

Janet Kragen: .The staff was consistently gracious and helpful.Surprise how uncomfortable the chairs were in the lobby and the outside seating areas. On the other hand, we had a decent Wi-Fi connection through our Hilton Honors log in, about 10 mps.Rooms: The bedroom was good-sized. There was a larger nightstand between the two beds and then two tiny ones on the other sides. There were more lights than any other Hilton property we've seen this summer. The big one by the side of the bed hung so low I kept banging into it with my head! The bathroom was pretty small and had no towel racks.I had a hard time sleeping. The A/C didn't kick on until the room got quite hot; then it ran until the room was quite chilly. So I was alternate hot and throwing off the covers or cold and pulling them all back on.Food & drinks: My husband and I ate supper and breakfast at the hotel. We split a Caesar salad that was fresh with shavings of Parmesan, but it was *drenched* with dressing. We each ordered chicken fingers with fries. Given the cost of $8 each, we did not expect so much food! The chicken was heavily breaded but tasty. Decent bar food. The table red was really good! For breakfast, we each got an omelet. It had so much bacon inside, I'm glad I didn't order any bacon on the side. The breakfast was delicious and filling.I took lots of pictures to show the other breakfast offerings. No dark roast coffee. Lots and lots of decaf tea. The only non-decaf tea was Liptons.

Shawn Sabloff: Exactly what you would expect. Clean and averaged across the board: Front desk was very friendly. Maid service was less than satisfactory. Was here 6 nights they came in once even thoughI selected every other night. When that came in they emptied 2 of the 4 garbages and didn’t make the bed. Kinda of weird. All in nice place and it is exactly what one should expect
michael siegel: Hotel highlights Great value
Greg Campbell: Very friendly staff. Clean facility and a yummy breakfast to start your day.I like the location and many places to frequent within walking distance.I have stayed here multiple times and will do so again for next several weeks.Highly recommend and reasonable price.
Harald Scherka: Great hotel from the Marriott chain...near rich Rocklin.Free coffee, a nice breakfast room... on-site swimming pool. The suite we booked was great, a great bed, TV, kitchenette and closet space and more.Clean hallways, quiet location, quiet in the hallways. Shower-tub combo. Great view ...The breakfast buffet was absolutely sufficient and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.Gladly again ...

Whether it's a special request or just a friendly chat, Zach goes above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Thank you, Zach, for your outstanding service and for always making our stays so enjoyable. You truly are a gem!
Joseph Smith: Absolutely hands down best customer service I have ever experienced. Would highly recommended staying on the fourth floor facing hwy 65 , best view everNearby activities: Tons of stuff within walking distance, tons of shopping and plenty of foodWalkability: Galleria mall within walking distance
Tracy Young: We got stuck hoteless on a Friday night because our first hotel wouldn't accept my credit card and this hotel greeted us with a smile and a laugh. They didn't have any 2 bed rooms left so we got a king bed and pullout couch. Pullout couch wasn't the most comfortable when made into a bed but found it comfortable to lay down on as a couch. Bed was comfortable.Friday night the fire alarm went off at 3:45am but they comp our room for that night to make it right.Staff were all friendly and nice.Rooms were clean.Hotel was clean.Breakfast for $14 was good and convenient but I wished they had free breakfast like their competitors. The workout room was really well equipped. One of the nicest hotel gyms I have seen.Rooms: Clean and nice showers
Robert Verbrick: Jacob at the front desk was very kind, outstanding, and gave me and my wife fabulous service. I've never had such a pleasant time checking in at a hotel. Rooms are clean, and coffee downtstairs is great. I really appreciate and want to thank the staff, particularly Jacob. Thank you for giving us a stressfree, easy check-in! We will definitely come back again next time we are in town.
