Lemmie Klein: We've been coming to Coloma Resort with our trailers for 4 years with friends. It's on the American River. They have RV, cabins, wagons, and tent camping sites. Many sites are on the riverbank. These have power and water with a dump station onsite. Most sites off the river are full hook-up. They have a pool, playground, store, and a lot of grassy areas. Several restrooms and showers throughout the park. Always well stocked and clean.Best for last the staff are so friendly. Hope you enjoy the site.RV sites have a noon checkout time. Cabins are a 10am checkout. We scheduled our 2025 Memorial Stay when we checked out. The facility has gotten a face-lift with automated gates, a check-in shack, and upgraded greenery.

Kim Oliver: We love going to Coloma and have been going for nearly 15 years. With it being so close to Sacramento, it's a great weekend getway. Sherry and her team always makes us feel like "family" from the time we make our reservations to checkout time. It's truly a wonderful place to stay. Thanks, Sherry!Nearby activities: The river is great and we enjoy walking into town.

Great place to take the family and relax.Walkability: River access right in park! Lots of options to walk to, restaurants and rafting companies with walking distance.
