Russell was immediately responsive to my call and came out the next day which was a Sunday, nevertheless. He developed a very detailed plan of action. He worked very patiently with the time crunch, also involving the roofers availability to fix the leak which caused all the damage to one of my bedrooms . He and his team were extremely professional and personable, respectful of my space at home and efficient. The office manager, Renisha, was also responsive and very helpful in clearing up questions I had had about the process and timing with the roofer. I would highly recommend this service to anyone in need.

Jason Holley: Nick Bittle and Ae Sancheo are the absolute best for water mitigation. My heroes after a burst pipe between floors. Nick was incredibly detail oriented and was more thorough than just about anybody I have ever met. I was incredibly stressed that my backsplash and granite in the kitchen would have to be removed. Nick and Ae came up with a creative way to leave most of my kitchen intact while still drying the interior of the walls to prevent mold. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Philip Jelicich: I had a sewer pipe break under my house and I needed water damage restoration services. Joel and his team were professional, personable, timely, and efficient. They clearly explained what they were going to do, were responsive to questions, and left the site clean. While the situation was very stressful, they were very easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

Bob F: Due to a faucet leak in our upstairs bathroom, we needed water damage remediation. A friend who experienced a similar water leak advised against another national brand water damage remediation company due to their bad experience. We chose Resco as they are locally owned and family operated. Best decision ever. Especially in the midst of our 'crisis' mode. Luke, Joel, Aiden and Daniel were outstanding! They ended up coordinating the asbestos remediation subcontractor and provided a lead on Advance Forward Construction for the repair. All told, very pleased with the results.
Kranthi Sureddi: came in diagnosed the area, provided the estimate and started the mold treatment/restoration right away. They communicated every step of the process and answered all my questions / concerns patiently. They completely cleaned the mold and contained the area for further dehumidification and cleaning. Once that is done, they ordered the mold clearance test for us and it passed the very first time. The report came in super clean. It is all because of their attention to detail in mold cleaning in every inch of the affected area. We are very happy with the service and would highly recommend them anytime.
Donna Smith: Excellent service! They came at 1:30 am to assess the damage and dry out the bathroom upstairs and the kitchen ceiling downstairs. The fire department had turned off the power to the kitchen except for the refrigerator. But I just realized the fire department also cut power to the washroom where my freezer is. Luke turned on the power so I did not lose the food. Joel and Luke helped me relieve my anxiety and went above and beyond when dealing with my little kitty during the demolition. It's nice to work with a family business that does the "and then some" by informing me about the process and working with my insurance. Though I hope I never have to deal with a kitchen with water "raining" through the ceiling lights again, I would call them in a heartbeat.
Kathy Applegate: I highly recommend Resco. We had water damage in our ceiling and the Resco team came out right away to assess the situation, inspected our attic and set us up with an A/C company right away to do repairs in our attic to stop the leak. Once that was complete, they took care of removing the damaged ceiling and attic insulation, leaving us with a referral for ceiling patch and paint services. We are thoroughly impressed with Resco’s quick response and careful repairs and clean up, and going above and beyond with their excellent customer service and communication.
