This is very convenient and no matter what town I'm working in I can count on their quality and service. One down side to all this is their prices are higher than some other competitors.In the larger picture this rarely come into play.

He recommended getting samples and quickly realized I would have more sample options at the Roseville location. He told me to ask for Nate. I was able to get 3 stain samples including some pieces of redwood to practice and choose the right color. Excellent company to work with especially for inexperienced home owners like me!
Dylan Heikens: My delivery when the truck arrived was completely wrong, the office promised they’d send another truck by the end of the day with the remaining of the supplies that were missing. After a few hours I called and checked in to see where the truck might be and what time it would arrive, the man promised me the truck had left and was in route. The truck never showed up… with this said I called 1st thing the next morning and had multiple people apologize and they had a truck that did come early that day to give us the rest of the supplies. The owner called us later that day to personally apologize which we really appreciated after all the upset from the day before. The mistake was acknowledged and made right.

Richard Walker: These guys are beyond professional. I was delivering shingles to their company was interrupted to pick up my next load.They helped me unstrapped on top and unload it so that I could get to my next stop. If they do this for me, imagine what they'll do for your home.
Constantin Burlacu: As a truck driver you can park on the street. Check in in the office at 7 am. Start unloading after their truck get out around 8 am and closed at 4:30 PM.Monday to Friday

Hayley Chittenden: Thank you so much to Tom in hardware, who helped me repair my kitchen sink faucet handle that had been broken for almost 3 years. I had been to multiple hardware stores, googled extensively, and looked up YouTube tutorials — none of which solved the issue. Tom immediately knew what he was looking at and why I hadn’t managed to fix it: the previous owner had used a permanent sealer that had blocked off part of the threaded opening, preventing the set screw from going in all the way. I appreciate the help so much!!! I would have never figured it out otherwise, lol.When I called the store to give him a compliment, the store manager Nat said the store would buy him lunch. We love a company that values their employees! You guys are the best!!!

Christopher Hersey: This place is a local treasure. Some of the friendliest employees I’ve ever dealt with. I always have at least two people asking if I need help, which is the complete opposite of the big box stores. The fasteners section is second to none. And definitely make a point to visit prior to Christmas, they have the best ornaments in town.
Wendy McFarland: Tried Home Depot first. Lots of walking on a bad knee and cursory staff "help" later, they didn't have the broken part I needed. Enter Troy at Ace on Harding Way. He knew the part wasn't in stock but immediately thought outside the box to achieve the same result. Photo says it all. I can hang my clothes back up and this will likely last longer than the plastic factory part I tried to replace. Thanks Troy!!

あら: I don't own a house so I never had a reason to go here. Until I heard they carry PIE. This pie is delicious. Frozen so you can bake it fresh everytime. They have lots of flavors too. My favorite is the blackberry and the boysenberry.Buy some pie.

Luke Small: It looks like the store is still trying to get its bearings from switching over from meeks. Went looking for some lumber for a couple of current projects. The staff was very helpful with directing me to all of the materials we needed and helping fill the order. All of the lumber that we needed from the yard was in good condition which is hard to get with the way the woodmarket is now.
Cal Walstad: Prices are competitive. The indoor staff is helpful. However, the outdoor staff seems to be lazy and less than helpful. The man at the gate has poor customer service.

Got tothe counter and was met by Sean. He was so patient with me. I was given a list, a very confusing list, by the guy doing the work. Sean was fantastic.I kept him busy for awhile.
