The Monk's Cellar: what do users think?

Rhonna Gwynn: Very good pub food. The fish & chips i had, had a light crisp ale batter and the duck fat fries were crisp and tender. I paired it with Trefethen Chardonnay, which had a nice bright acidity with tones of citrus and melon and floral notes. My friends' grilled tri-tip salad was crisp and fresh, with perfectly cooked thinly sliced sliced tri-tip. The place was packed, but we were still quickly seated. Our server had a warm smile and gave attentive service without hovering.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian choices, both appetizers and entrees, that don't seem like an after thought.Parking: The area was crowded, but we found a spot nearby rather quickly.Kid-friendliness: A kids' menu with kid-friendly selections.

John Elmquist: Whiskey tasting with my brother, guess I should finally join the Whiskey club...Parking: It sucks when it's busy downtown...

AlSimon AlSimon: Went to The Monks's Cellar for my daughter's birthday. Had heard they were very good. Ha! They are fantastic! The menu is amazing from start to finish. Service is brilliant! Thank you Jake K. !

cellar surfer: I have been living in Roseville for almost 2 years and recently fell in love with Monk’s Cellar. The location downtown is ideal and the staff is super friendly. I have been on a Saison kick as of late inspired by their knowledgeable bartenders and their friendly brewmaster. The owners are typically here on weekday afternoons and very friendly. In my humble opinion they have a really great music selection playing as well. This is a great place to cap off the workday with laptop and a pint along with their happy hour menu. The lunch menu is great too. I will be recruiting my friends to meetup here as often as possible.

TradingTheta: This place is always good. Only problem is they don't take cash, which is legal tender for all debts public and private.Art, the server, was great though. He was attentive and fun to chat with. Efficient service.

Jamie S: My friend and I recently visited University of Beer, drawn in by their dog-friendly policy. Although we didn't have our dogs with us since we were visiting from out of town, we were excited about the chance to see some dogs on their patio seating. Unfortunately, it was quite hot that day, so there were no dogs, and it was too warm to sit outside.Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly young man who noticed we had brought backpacks and were there to work. He kindly seated us at a table that was perfect for both working and enjoying our meal.We were fortunate to arrive during happy hour, which offered a great selection of affordable dishes. The food was fantastic, and the service was equally impressive. Overall, our experience at University of Beer was excellent, and we look forward to visiting again, hopefully on a cooler day to enjoy the patio and perhaps meet some furry friends!

Moksa Brewing Company: what do users think?

B G: Best pour in Sacramento. Thank you Cory and the rest of the staff here at Moksa. Had a great time at the game night meeting new friends. Appreciate the hospitality. Till next time

Jasmine Gonzalez: Been going to Moksa for years. I love it there. Great atmosphere and even better bear. Their new orangesicle slush is amazing!

Elizabeth Rozok (Liz): Good beers, friendly staff, good environment and usually food trucks here too!

Jack Gray: Great brewery with food trucks

Mike Matthews: Amazing beer and environment and they often have a food truck. I haven't dug deep into the food truck cuz I don't eat a lot but when I have tried it has been good.

Nikolas Lemenager: They consistently put out some of the better stouts that I've had the pleasure of enjoying. Every time I visit back home I try to go in and pick up some bottles to bring back with me.

Jarrett Bohning: Was gonna post pics but I refuse to put my beer down. Tons of IPAs of wide variety, several stouts. A couple interesting sours. Excellent service. Relaxing atmosphere and plenty of elbow room between tables. Their merch is high quality too! Plenty of parking!

Todd Miller: Wish they were open a little later, so I could try a few more delicious beers...

E M: Best brewery in Placer County.

Dan McCrossen: This is, IMO, the best brewery in the Sacramento area! Not only do they brew consistently good beer, they're always collaborating with breweries around the state and the country, supporting and promoting great beer of all kinds. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there's a relaxing vibe here. Long live Moksa!

SCOTT PETERSON: Hands down one of thebest breweries around.

Brent Null: I'm in NorCal for work and this Brewery is right down the street from my hotel. I decided to do a flight of the following: Snappy the Lager; New Things Experimental Kolsch; Smugglers Mug Imperial Sour Blonde Ale; and First Crack of Dawn Imperial Stout. Very impressive! I thoroughly enjoyed every pour I sampled. The Smugglers Mug is off the charts amazing! If you find yourself in Rocklin CA with time to spare, please check out Moksa! Great people and amazing brews!

Holly Clark: Awesome local brewery in Rocklin’s downtown. Food trucks, outdoor seating, dog friendly.

Out of Bounds Brewing Company: what do users think?

Jorge Riley: I recommend the BA Four Roses Old Ale 15%.They have board games and football on TV's around the room. Bring your friends!

Barrel MooMoo: Delicious beer. Dog friendly. No kitchen, you can bring your own food. Super friendly staff.I really like this location better than the one in Folsom. Much chiller. I had their hazy IPA with french hop. My first beer with French hop and it is absolutely delicious!!! It has a sweet floral flavor to it. They definitely know how to make beer. Will definitely come back!

Raimond Sinivee: This is the main brewery building and has tap bar, but food is available based on what food truck shows up. Check their website for schedule. The place is not busy and spacious. There are lots of games available. You can taste any beer or buy in many quantities starting from 4oz up to hundreds. The beers are amazingly good! One of the best I have ever had.You can buy to go, too from the fridge. The staff is very nice and quick to serve. We came here with few friends and had great time!

Judi T: Husband had the Heavy Metal bitters and the Prison Blues burger and very much enjoyed them. Great customer service. Wish them many decades of success.

Matthew Barbier: Becca is a great beer tender!! Her smile is like the Sun, It will Brighten up your day. Very good passion while serving beer and has a great smile to match the epic service. Big shout out to all of the Brewery Crew! Some of the best beer in the West! Much love to Yall. I will be back next week for refills on the Growler's !!

Leo Aujero: Awesome!!!!

Edwin Cerda: Super friendly place with a very local vibe. My bartender was friendly and knew everyone there. Beer was also tasty. I enjoyed their hazy IPA.

Aaron K: Nice little place with good beer. Had live music and a great environment. Will be going back💯

Brandon Frazier (The Awesome): I really do enjoy their Barrel aged bottles of Porters and Stouts but not to fond of the lactose sour beers. Servers are extremely friendly and the place is relaxing on days other than the Trivia Nights. But still some good brews!

Thomas Coulter: Way to many hot chicks. I prefer a place crowded with dudes who smell.

DDD Boyotti: Love this place and the beer! Tonight, #OutofBounds featured #TheFryBoys food truck which was to die for...OMG!!! Still licking my fingers!

Dana: we actually came to Out of Bounds yesterday because Tammy was there with her food truck she has the best barbecue!Pancho Villa ALWAYS has yummy food!!

Dan Alamillo: I've been here a few times during the shut down and would fill a growler and take home some cans and bottles back to Fairfield. Today I had some business in Sac and rather stay in a hotel there decided to get one in Rocklin so I could pay a proper visit. I had the opportunity to stay awhile and enjoy their brew where it was born. Can't say enough of this place. I've been to many breweries along the way and can say they are the real deal and should be on any true beer aficionado or enthusiasts list. The selection on tap will fill anyones desires and you can take home some of their brews in cans, bottles, crowlers and growlers. A not so local spot for me, but one nonetheless!

Fidencio Morales: Good beer

Sean Ulrich: Great atmosphere inside!
