Stash Barba: when I needed it, and let me stop for lunch. I am someone who can handle pain, but can be overstimulated by other things. Not once was I sweating because it was so dang hot in the room. Or shivering because it’s so cold. This is probably one of the longest tattoos I’ve sat/laid through, and I was completely zen.I highly recommend DV8 and Justene. Everyone I spoke to were professional and friendly, which again in my experience is another hard thing to come by in tattoo shops. She is a true artist. Sierra Campbell: They are the best and saved my piercings. I have two cartilage piercings. One of which was done FOUR times over the years and would just never heal. The second piercing was also done somewhere else. Both had tons of issues and caused a lot of pain. I went and saw them last year and they recommend I take the second one out because a keloid had formed and let it heal and then come back for it to be redone. They changed the jewelry in the oldest on and within in a week for the first time in 15 years it didn’t hurt anymore. They use top quality everything there and I can’t speak highly enough of them and their services. Worth every dollar!!

I’ve had wonderful experiences with Jane, Rick and the whole team, and today met Nikey who was equally wonderful to work with in helping me make some piecing jewelry adjustments! Beautiful jewelry selections!Nikey was absolutely wonderful in helping me safely remove and reinstall 9 piercings for an MRI. Super detailed and gentle! James is great at calming you down right before the needle goes in. They gave great recommendations about how to clean and the healing process. Not only did he immediately take us in, even going through asking an artist to come in early in which they were willing, we got in sooner than the artist was supposed to be in. I reached out to Jesse via Instagram on a Monday evening about an opening he posted for Wednesday. I described what I wanted, sent him a few images and a deposit that same evening. When I arrived on Wednesday, Jesse was fully prepared. He had a design ready for my review, his station set up, and the shop was spotless and welcoming.Jesse's work quality is outstanding, and he works efficiently without wasting any time. Alexis Heideman: Oh my gosh! I just got a tattoo from Dax at pretty in ink tattoo this morning and I am in LOVE! Dax was so patient with me as this is my first tattoo. She listened to what I wanted and was super kind. I sent her an email the night before my morning tattoo almost completely redrawing part of it and she had a brand new revised version ready to go by the appointment time. Dax really knew what she was doing, had a steady hand and kept focused. Truly an amazing experience for my first tattoo.

They quickly pierced both ears at once and then gave us instructions for after care.We went home followed instructions. I’m not sure if it’s the tattoo shop policy for the after care instructions but I definitely think they need to update it with better cleaning options. First off trying to find dial soap without fragrance is difficult; the other cleaning solution listed has fragrance in the ingredient list which I wouldn’t put anything fragrance on a piercing or wound. Secondly trying to cleaning a toddlers ear with soap is not as easy as it sounds.My daughter was in a lot of pain and had major swelling, bruising and bleeding days and days after the piercings. I ended up researching all day trying to figure out if she had an infection/allergy to the earrings/etc. I ordered NeilMeds aftercare piercing as I found a few videos and posts saying how this type of products helped clean and heal piercings faster. Even other mom groups were talking about the solution being the go to. When it arrived I used it twice a day that first day and by the next day her ears were 10x better. I’ve been using the spray 2x a day since getting it instead of dial soap which if you have a baby or toddler or anyone really this is easier and more convenient to use.Also, I did go to the shop to have Kevin look at the ears and he said they weren’t infected and no allergy to earrings. He was great!Con’s:-cheapy/lack of options for earrings-rude receptionist-bad cleaning aftercare options/advice

Juan Gutierrez: The best way to schedule an appointment is to go into the shop and talk/meet the artist. These guys are awesome and very respectful of everyone’s time and cannot answer phone calls while they are tattooing a client. Every artist working there does great work. I have been getting tattooed by Kevin for almost a decade, he has always been great at taking my ideas and putting his own spin on it. Ivy sketched together a beautiful piece with all the tiny details just as I imagined them, this is one of the bigger pieces I have done in one session and Ivy made me just as comfortable as usual. She has her laptop up with all the streaming services on there for you to choose from if you wish to watch something to make the time pass so I put something on Netflix she started making my vision come alive. After just shy of 3 hours I feel soooo happy with how everything turned out and I will definitely be back soon for some more beautiful ink.
