They performed a lot of work for a very fair reasonable price, including water pump replacement and a complete depth-sounder system replacement with through hull transducer. Their availability was very quick as they began working on my boat within a few days of our initial phone conversation. The location may not be in a high profile area, but Im confident that there is less overhead costs passed to the consumer. This facility is also highly recommended by Sacramento area ancillary marine service shops. This is my go-to boat repair shop!

Bill Trathen: I took my boat in for a transom service, on the way to the boat shop I lost a wheel, hub and all. I found the wheel about a mile back, brought it to the shop. Jack said they could take care of it and also checked the other bearings as well. They also had to straighten the fender. Picked up the boat, the fender looks fine. All said and done Jack and Demitri did a fine job and at a fair price. I would highly recomend BJ marine. Thanks guys!

atom vaughn: After the curved windshields in my 1997 boat got busted out, BJ Marine was able to quickly repurpose/fabricate a windshield at a reasonable price. I was also able to get some preventative maintenance knocked out, so my boat is ready to hit the water again. Quoc To: and a few dif guys who have cycled through, have always been very friendly and took time to always explain repairs to this newbie boater and just give me tips etc on boating here and there. They seem to care about making boating enjoyable. More importantly, they do good work for fair pricing and never try to upsell me. Sometimes when minor things come up with the boat, I’ll even text Jack and he’ll respond with suggestions etc.In particular, one time I had a grounding event at a sand bar…..messed up my sterndrive. Jack opened up the drive and realized it was damaged and needed a replacement. Insurance tried to deny my claim and said that replacement wasn’t necessary. It was a long process that kept my boat in their yard for months. Jack worked with me to fight with the insurance, working with their adjuster and so forth and I was able to eventually get them to pay me out for the repairs with his help.I’ve since moved my boat to a different storage area and BJ is further out than some other boat shops but I still go back to them because they’ve earned my loyalty for their customer service.

Raar Breed: Nor Cal master Craft in Rancho Cordova is Amazing. We had a few issues on our X35 with the Ilmor engine. While all the surrounding Master Craft dealers were too busy to even take a look at it , Mike at Nor Cal took it in as we were only 3 weeks away from our once a year trip to Lake Almanor. During the diagnosis process they found the engine had an internal problem and needed to be replaced. Fearing the trip would be ruined by not having a boat, Mike stepped up and had a Master Craft Pro Star ready for us to use at Almanor on our trip. They saved the vacation and even had our boat ready a week after we returned. Nor Cal Master Craft is a true customer first business. Alyssa Biondi: with the help of Brodie's instructions. As he was surfing behind the boat Brodie was able to give him some additional instructions on stance, feet placement and where to turn his hips. He was very helpful and very encouraging. It was my turn next and even though I have surfed before and feel like I know what I am doing Brodie was still there to give me some additional help. We took turns rotating who was surfing and the afternoon only got better.
