This Mastercraft has been a big part of our family fun for more than 20 years and other service departments in the area wouldn't touch it because of the age. Norm and the crew went above and beyond to meet our tight schedule and have it running again for our planned houseboating trip last weekend. Everyone we met in the ski shop was super knowldegable and you can tell they've personally tried everything they're selling. Nick even came in on his off day to help get us set up on a new wakefoil. Raar Breed: Nor Cal master Craft in Rancho Cordova is Amazing. We had a few issues on our X35 with the Ilmor engine. While all the surrounding Master Craft dealers were too busy to even take a look at it , Mike at Nor Cal took it in as we were only 3 weeks away from our once a year trip to Lake Almanor. During the diagnosis process they found the engine had an internal problem and needed to be replaced. Fearing the trip would be ruined by not having a boat, Mike stepped up and had a Master Craft Pro Star ready for us to use at Almanor on our trip. They saved the vacation and even had our boat ready a week after we returned. Nor Cal Master Craft is a true customer first business. They went up and beyond what was expected and come highly recommended. Nor Cal is over 500 miles from where we are located and worth every bit of the drive. Alyssa Biondi: with the help of Brodie's instructions. As he was surfing behind the boat Brodie was able to give him some additional instructions on stance, feet placement and where to turn his hips. He was very helpful and very encouraging. It was my turn next and even though I have surfed before and feel like I know what I am doing Brodie was still there to give me some additional help. We took turns rotating who was surfing and the afternoon only got better. Tom Clark: Needed to get a part to finish servicing my water pump to get my boat in the water. Called with the part number, and they verified they had it. I forgot to bring the part number with me, and I had a hard time finding it on my phone. They tried looking it up, and didn't find a part which matched the broken part I brought in. The gentleman at the counter rummaged through his inventory and found the part. All for a stupid $4.00 seal. I'm impressed they took the time to help me out; saved me two weeks waiting for the part to arrive from an online supplier. I'm impressed with their customer orientation.

Kou yang: My wife and I recently purchased a new boat. Mike and Maria assisted my wife and me without no hesitation. Oddly enough, my bank was the one who made everything difficult. However Mike and Maria refused to give up on us. Every single time I called me, he never gave up on me. I don't know how many times I called and texted him because of my bank. But Mike was polite and understanding to every one of my calls and texts. Maria emailed all the documentation that my bank needed and completed everything timely which we were so grateful for. When my wife and I were finalizing the paperwork in store, the staff were so kind. We were there with our little and my in-laws. I have to say this place is really family friendly as I had a 19 month old who just couldn't sit still. My wife had to go outside and let him run around and Maria came with cookies which really helped out my little man to calm down. Bob was so kind and assisted me in explaining the equipment that I needed. I felt like I was bugging him so much but he always smiled and assisted my family. I am a first time boat owner.. Funny enough, I have no clue how to operate the boat that I just purchased but Mario kindly explained how everything works on the boat. Before leaving, he even changed the propellor to make sure it was a right fit. Seriously customer service exceeds my expectations. Thank you to all staff at Auburn Outboard Marine for listening to my family and me and always making sure we leave with a smile. I cannot wait to come back to have a trolling motor installed. Paul Myer: In January 2019 Auburn Outboard set me up with an AlumaCraft 145 fishing skiff fully rigged with a 40HP Honda. The ISE special pricing was excellent. Mike's advice about trolling motor, outboard motor and electronics upgraded has proven to make a major difference in the performance and function of the boat. It is small - 14 1/2 feet - but can handle a wide range of water. I primarily fish in the Delta. I have often fished by myself and it is an easy boat for one person to launch and operate. I keep a log of trips and hours and the boat has never missed a beat after over 160 days on the water. I highly recommend the sales and service staff at Auburn Outboard and the AlumaCraft boats they offer.

Jeff our salesman delivered great service and spent the time answering all our questions making sure we'd be happy with our purchase. He told us the boat would be a "fish catching machine", which it definitely is! We also highly recommend their service department. 4worldlovers: Repairing propellers is a craft that we do very precisely. We utilize the Hale MRI to scan each propeller to ISO 484 2 standards. We TIG Weld any missing material to make sure all the blades match perfectly. Propellers then get sanded and shaped, and a High Polish finish applied or painted. All propellers get balanced on our Static Balancer and all inboards on our Dynamic Balancer.
The MRI is the latest cutting edge technology when it comes to computerized scanning. We invested into the MRI so we can effectively repair, tune, and increase performance on your vessel. The Hale MRI (Measurement Recording Instrument) transmits precise 3-D data from your propeller to our computer. Pitch, track, rake, spacing, and camber are recorded in order to optimize your propeller to the highest industry standards. The Hale MRI documents before and after reports of your propeller and stores it permanently for future repairs or other services. The MRI allows us to make these repairs very accurately to a Class S ISO Standard if necessary to provide a high quality repair or optimization.
All propellers get balanced on the static balancer, this matches the weight of each blade. All of our inboard propellers get Dynamic Balanced which is done on the Dynamics Research 602. Propellers can be statically balanced and can have unbalanced forces in separate planes. By spinning the propeller at full rpm based on your gear ratio we can correct any unbalance that occurs.
The end result will be a true balanced propeller with increased efficiency, no vibration, and longer bearing life.

Throughout the entire process Chuck and Jimmy were always in communication and helped us get the boat in ship shape until delivery. Boats have maintenance needs and there's always something that needs fixing.. CHH identified the issues and we're honest and diligent on getting the boat perfect. And on top of that. They are just good guys to work with. Fully recommended!

marcus caballero: call to get my boat worked on it was a pretty big job how to take the floors and seats off to fix the tank they got it done pretty quick... and also help me fix a couple other things on my boat with no extra charge the boat mechanic Marty was great... very helpful.. I have even called him on little fixes and he told me how I can do it myself so I don't have to wait and I can get my boat back in the water

I purchased both a Tohatsu outboard, Klamath 15 Advantage S and trailer from them. They are amazing. Rich provides excellent customer service and support throughout the whole sales process. He is easy to reach in regards to questions and actively follows up and provides great communication with the customer in order to keep them in the loop on the progress of their order. I would absolutely recommend purchasing your boat here. They fully set it up as well during the service process and made it ready to fish. Their team provides excellent advice as well.
