Darren M: The entire process was easy. The staff was friendly and professional. I was seen on-time.They are located in the rear of the building.
Mohammad: I came here for a drug test without appointment I did a walk in at 8:00am and I checked in and the lady called me up and I did my drug test and was out of there by 8:24am so my experience wasn鈥檛 bad at all
zae: I don't see what all the fuss was about but I literally just got out of here for a oral swab test for pre employment. In the front there were 2 ladies, one with a white coat and the other looked like a assistant in scrubs. I checked in through my phone, received the text to come in, came in and gave them my paper, ID and name, the lady in the white coat checked me in and told me to open the door to come inside for the oral drug test.Went to the back, she explained the procedure, asked me how my day was, did the test, and then by the time we were done which only took like 5-6mins, I signed my papers and I was out the door. Quick and easy. I would recommend just booking the earliest appointments available to avoid wait times.

Krista Hardwick: I鈥檝e been bringing my kids here for over 7 years now. The staff are friendly and compassionate. I love that this is such a large practice, because there is always a doctor available to see you. We adore our pediatrician but have also had a positive experience with all of the providers we鈥檝e seen. It does tend to take a little longer to get well child appts than I鈥檇 prefer. They offer self scheduling, messaging, prescription renewal, and access to your child鈥檚 chart via MySutterHealthOnline.org. The office does use an out of state centralized call center, which can create a game of phone tag since you are not able to call back into the doctors office directly. During office hours they also provide phone advice via a registered nurse.

Pony (Self-Medicating Pony): Unlike other lab locations, I never have to wait more than 10 minutes here, even without an appointment. The phlebotomists never have issues finding a vein on me and they are all very friendly and experienced. For someone who鈥檚 had to take Ativan prior to having my blood drawn in the past, this place is my go-to when I need tests done.

I could not have asked for a better experience with her. She was friendly, professional, accommodating, and most of all an easy stick. I hope quest Labs realizes what an asset she is to this location.

Cassandra LaRont: This was my first time getting blood drawn at quest and I really enjoyed my visit. I have massive anxiety when it comes to needles but the staff was really nice and made me feel a lot better by talking to me and asking questions to take my mind off of the blood draw. The office was super clean as well.
