    Melissa Ball: and my record is able to be located in their system with that number and picked up in Sacromento through department of Health and vital statistics. Anyways.. you can go directly there and get the paperwork and fill it out.. then pick up the official record within 24 hours. 🙌 Great for traveling documents or driver's license! I told them I was going to fly in and was told to just come on down!

    The California Department of Public Health – Vital Records (CDPH-VR) maintains birth, death, fetal death/still birth, marriage, and divorce records for California. Services provided by CDPH-VR include issuing certified copies of California vital records and registering and amending vital records as authorized by law.

    Once an order has been accepted for processing, CDPH-VR does not cancel or refund orders.

    CDPH-VR sends all vital records via First Class Mail through the United States Postal Service (USPS). CDPH-VR is not responsible for any lost, misdirected, or undelivered mail by USPS or any other delivery service.

    Kimberly Austin: Got married here in 2018. Easy to book the appointment online. Signed paperwork and did the ceremony in their special room. Literally was my dream wedding.

    Timothy Nichols: Had to get my passport done quickly. Made an appointment for the next day and of course I forgot my check book. Joe was awesome. Explained everything and even waited until the very end for me to return. And instead of just assuming I wasn’t coming, he actually called me as I pulled up. Great service Joe and Placer County!

    Alex: It takes a while to get to this place due to road work and detours but the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Even with 4 people ahead of me the wait time was less than 10 minutes. I did hear them talking about changing locations soon so keep that in mind for future reference.
