Lily Mai: Busy store but when I walked in there were 3 workers standing at the door. They said hi to me and that was that but when someone else walked in after me they were eager to ask if they needed help. Maybe because I am younger idk but that was annoying they were just standing at the door talking to eachother. Young tall black man I forgot his name but he is absolutely wonderful. He made my experience good.

I don't think there was anyone who was working that didn't greet us. However, River was friendliest and most helpful. While my wife was trying some tops on, River suggested a few tops for my wife that were similar to what she was already trying on and then went and found them. Good service. Thanks River.

T2: Arrived in Roseville after lunch for a pre construction site visit early tomorrow. Wore and packed as if it was Escondido weather, with base layer and t shirts. Here in Roseville it's sunny and too warm for what I packed. Needed to find a cheap long sleeve shirt for work the next morning. Found this establishment directly across the freeway and was closing in less than an hour. Arrived and was assisted with my options by a gentleman who works here. Got an awesome shirt for a great price and was out the door quickly. Convenient location, outstanding customer service and great prices. I'll visit here again.

I don't know the gentleman's name behind the counter but assumed he was the owner. He was GREAT! I haven't really had a cowboy hat before and he was patient, attentive, and found me one that didn't bust my wallet. Great merch throughout the store too - got a good pearl snap shirt for summer

Rich: I worked for Lucky years ago, and have been in many, many locations in dozens of states, so sometimes I can be a little judgy of the stores. This little bleacher store continues to impress me with its service and standards. Truly some of the best staff I've met nationwide - they're engaged in the product, the Company, and industry trends. While the product has been up and down over the years, I hope the Company knows what an internal trove the Roseville store is. I keep going back.

Heidi Koshman: This was our second visit in 2 weeks and the customer service was the same, Amazing !! Dillan remember our sons name, who he helped pick out clothes last time we visited and Shane once again jumped in and gave great support and suggestions. Both these men focused on our son and making the cloth shopping about him and what he liked. The compliment him in the items he picked out and also gave solid suggestions based on my sons feedback and needs. Of all the places we have shopped in that mall Zumiez by far blew the customer service out of the water. 10/10 and I hope Dillan and Shane know what a positive impact they made on a 13 yr old boy struggling with confidence.

He has been for the last 2 years they know the kind of boards he likes they know the kind of grip tape he likes they know the kind of clothes he likes they know everything about him and there's a rotating shift of different guys in there there is one woman who works there and she is just as versed in my son as everyone else. They see lots of people everyday and they know my son they know what he wants they know the kind of hardware he uses they know the kind of trucks he likes they know the kind of Wheels he likes they know the kind of clothes he likes they know everything about him. They also will show him what's on sale and are very honest with him about hey we found this to be a better product than this. Now that may not work very well for Zumiez but it does because it's the reason we keep going in there these employees are outstanding it's a clean store and I highly recommend if you're in the Yuba City area and are in need of some skateboarding materials and or clothing I would head to Zumiez. If I had to write this one out of 10 Stars I would give them 10 Stars
