The girls there now are a whole lot friendlier and helpful with customersThe manager of this location is very rude. Any time I have came in or even called to place an order she acts as tho I am a complete nuisance. Instead of being friendly and informative to her customers, she is VERY condescending and short. I walked in simply stating I needed advice because I wanted to do a big change on my hair and she rolled her eyes and smirked than asked what do you want... I've given this location multiple tries because it’s so close to home but every time I leave irritated with her and her very unprofessional staff.

beverly doneghue: my purchase on 12/9/23 was great. The young lady was very knowledgeable of the products I purchased. Without her knowledge I would have left the store. I don't wear makeup I was looking for gifts. She didn't have a lot of makeup on she was a natural beauty. She's a great asset to your company.I highly recommend her customer service.

I went in with my wild 2 year old daughter on Monday and the staff were incredible paitent and even attentive to her showing her products and indulging her when she asked them to smell what she was holding.
