Don and Roger were so helpful when I went in with the latest irrigation sprinkler my horses broke off. Not only was I able get it fixed but they also set me up for the next time it happens, because we know it will! If you have questions or just general needs, this is the place to go.

Cody Simpson: Cynthia is a wizard at finding an order when there is a typo in the system. Back story to this review: I had ordered a vanity, and brushed nickel faucet from the showroom for my customer, was told that it will be in, in about a week and half. The week and a half was up, and I had the day prior to find where in the world my vanity is, and they couldn't find it. The next day I popped in and Cynthia totally kicked butt, found the order in no time at all. And like that I was going on about my day. You rock Cynthia.

Wide cadre of products competitive with big box stores along with great customer service. The place to go shopping for quality plumbing products, accessories and repair advice. These guys know plumbing.
Patricia Fason: The prices are not as good as box stores but you get knowledgeable personnel to assist you and answer your questions. I recommend stopping in and checking it out.
m d: I purchased a bathroom faucet off of Amazon and realized that the coupler securing the faucet to the counter was not long enough, due to the thickness of the granite and plywood base. Brother's was kind enough to show me that I had been given a standard-sized coupler, but given the material it had to go through, it was not long enough. Even though this part wouldn't have made Brother's much profit, they allowed me to look through extra parts to see if I could find a match. When I couldn't, they explained to me another approach, which was to use a hole saw to cut out the plywood, so that the short coupler might work. I really appreciated the extra effort they went through to help me.

UltraMega: Was doing a faucet replacement for someone that was using a portable dishwasher that attached to the airator nozel/threads. In doing so, I discovered that the adapter for the dishwasher is very specific and only attaches to the old 55/56th size airator threads. Home Depot didn't have the adapter, but someone there told me to go to Brother Plumbing, so I did. Spoke to the guy there and he said it was impossible to find the right adapters for this that would work with a newer faucet. But I persistented and found that I was able to do what I needed with just two adapter. Very specific issue so I don't fault the guy for thinking it was impossible, but they did have the right parts and I got it done.FYI, for anyone who is looking to use a portable dishwasher with a newer faucet:

Installed everything at home. Still need one replacement part but they will need to order. SKIP Home Depot and Lowes and come here first .

A very polite man named Will helped me and knew exactly what I needed. He took the time to explain to me, multiple times, how to install it and I am so grateful for his help. They are also dog friendly I learned as I didn’t want to leave my K-9 in the car. I am glad I found this place!

Bry Thomas: The crew here is great. I'm an ambitious DIY'er who wanted to take out all the old galvanized steel plumbing in my house and replace it with pex. I did a bunch of research before the project but still had a ton of questions.Troy answered every one of the questions I had and then some. He helped me accumulate all the parts and pieces I needed. The price was well worth all the knowledge he shared with me. Quality products all the way.I was in and out of the shop so much for this project the rest of the crew started greeting me and asking how everything was going and gave tips and tricks as I went.Hopefully I don't have another plumbing project soon, but if I do, I will absolutely go back to Troy and the guys at Brothers.

Kitchen sink was leaking, after disassembly called to see if they have a cartridge, they did, I got it and they offered advice on why this particular cartridge failed, giving me confidence it would repair my $700 faucet. It works like a charm now, like new. Very helpful guys, will return in a heartbeat to them.

Two brothers with over 20 years at this location make this a one stop shopping experience. You don't buy a kit like at a big box store. You have all the options to create a custom system. These guys know how to make it work.
