Mike B. came to our house and spent almost three hours explaining everything about the kitchen remodeling process. Mike B. Is very knowledgeable and answered every question we had. We never felt rushed and the whole experience was very informative. At the end of our meeting Mike B. took measurements and scheduled a follow up meeting at the design center to go over our estimate.At our estimate review meeting Mike B. showed us some sample of cabinets, countertops, and flooring. After that he went over our estimate line by line and again answered every question we had. I am not an expert at home design and was very stressed about this aspect of a remodel, but their design team helped uschoose cabinets, colors, textures, and so on and they were able to give us a computer generated image of what my kitchen would look like with various selections. It looked exactly like the image when they finished which was fantastic. Additionally their demolition and construction teams were super timely and even early on some aspects of the project. All in all the whole process was very professional and I would use them again in a minute for future home renovation projects.

In late July 2022, we made the decision to replace our old wooden shingle siding with James Hardie fiber cement siding, and Patrick came by to assess the exterior and provide us with all the necessary information. Henry Yee: I just had GVD do James Hardie siding on my house and I’m very pleased with the job they did. It took the crew one day to remove all the old siding. The guys were very nice and they worked hard everyday from dawn till dusk. There were a few days they even worked by flashlight when it got dark. They cleaned up everyday before they left at the end of the day. The crew repaired all the wood damage behind the old siding and made it better than when it was first built. They actually made the house more structurally sound. It looks like a new house now. They laid protective covers on my hardwood floors, and they were very accurate on the estimated time it would take. Balazs was very easy to work with, and he was always available to talk when I called. The demo crew was very friendly and polite, and the tile subcontractor, Victor, was absolutely amazing. My bathroom, although small, is very beautiful. I will be using them for my 2nd bathroom remodel. I highly recommend them.

Ciera-Joy Ulmer: After having a mold remediation company take apart and clean up our master bath, we needed a contractor who could put everything back together again. I found Banner Construction online and the reviews looked great so I reached out - Balazs got back to me right away! This company is *very* responsive and I really appreciated the fact that they are so down to earth; Balazs took the time to understand where we were at with our budget and made recommendations that worked within that all the way. Matt Leonnig: Banner Construction completed a full remodel of our kitchen including appliance installation and cabinet painting, new granite including additional wrap-around granite remodeled from a wood bar that took some clever innovation of existing materials, a full rebuild/additional tile and installation of a mantle around our fireplace, a re-tile of our entryway, and installed several outlets including wiring an external 240V Outlet for a hot tub. These are cultivated, innovative courteous, and professional builders. The results were beyond our expectations at a rate that was very competitive and reasonable for big results! The craftsmanship was very good and clean. If any issue arose they fixed the problem quickly and it was never a battle or fight to get them to fix or adjust something for us. The largest crew was there for the demolition and installation of our granite slabs on the first day. They remainder of the job, which also included installing a new cooktop, microwave, and garbage disposal, was done by Slava and Michael. They are both very meticulous. They put in10 hours on multiple days working from the time they arrived until they left. Even after a long day, they cleaned up before leaving. In addition to being great at their work, they are nice people. It was a pleasure having them around. Without a doubt, we would recommend them to anyone wanting to remodel and would definitely call upon them for any other projects we decide to do.

But beyond that, we appreciated their organizational and communication skills; Leontin had definite plans for what he wanted to accomplish each day of the week, and every Friday evening, he told us what he would accomplish the following week. His company, American Dream Homeworks, used a device that measured the countertops and submitted a drawing for review. The installers were on time and did a great job of removing the old countertops, sink, disposal and faucet and installed new replacements in the same day. The fabrication was a perfect fit. Michael Baldi: This review is LONG overdue. We needed a contractor to completely rip out and replace the outside of our second story to include replacing windows and repairing water damage. Most contractors we spoke to just wanted to look at our house on Google maps and make a ridiculous estimate based on Google street view of our house. Needless to say I had no problem paying for Mike to come do an ACTUAL assessment that eventually went towards the cost of the project. We were in a tough situation with a new baby coming and trying to figure out how to pay for these unexpected repairs. Mike was fantastic from the initial assessment and estimate all the way through to the final paint. His rates were reasonable, his work was top notch, and we thoroughly enjoyed having him around which I can say has never been the case with contractors in the past. I will 100% go back to Mike for any future construction needs.

It was nice not having to call in a separate plumber, electrician, and Glazer for our bathroom remodel. Hopefully I will figure out how to post some pictures of the completed job.I look forward to working with Isaac and his crew again in the future.
