I went in on 2/22/24 and had them fill up my own balloon's as well as ordered more from them for my daughters birthday the next day. I paid for delivery and the extra for high float. Balloons were delivered on time and 10 days later today 3/3 the balloons are still going strong.

Ray was so kind to let me have a few extra minutes picking out balloons and to my delighted surprise they had a very decent selection of different Face Painting brands, TAG & Fusion and more, solids and split cakes, bushes, lolly pop sponges, and also glitter tatto stencils. This is a treasure to the birthday party entertainer. Being open on a Saturday morning lets you grab those last minute balloon request items for your clients. Sunni DiBenedetto: Carolyn and Michel were great to work with. I had a Christmas Eve and Christmas dinner party and the balloons across my hallways were a hit! Helium was very difficult to find in Sacramento and Carolyn’s was the best place to work with! I will be back for every celebration to buy my decorations with this business.

Brian Chan: Angel has done a few parties I’ve attended and when we threw a party for our baby, we knew we had to try and get Angel to give the kids something to do. He didn’t disappoint and was the hit of the party. His designs are amazing and intricate and he even made a custom Anna from Frozen. I recommend him 100%. He’s working the whole time he’s booked because the kids constantly want a balloon.The only thing I would recommend is that he has a picture list or tablet of his creations so that everyone knows what they want ahead of time to help speed up the line and save him from repeating himself over and over
