Helen Djifroudi: Sandwiches are very delicious and very reasonably priced. Their pizza is excellent as they make the pizza dough fresh every day. I love their bagels and blueberry muffins! Everything is super fresh and tasty including their coffee! Definitely 5 stars 🙌🏻

Rude Toy: Came here for brunch and little surprised to see only 3 tables and bench seat! Ordered Farm House /w 2 eggs $9.49 and Texas Brisket Egg Sandwiches $8.49. Food came out in less than 8 mins👍 The Texas is very fragrance and tasty. The Farmhouse has breakfast theme with ham, cheese, eggs, and cream. Probably it just me, but cream will make the firm-skinned bagel squeeze out its filling when bite into! It’s a balancing act to keep its content between your fingers. Might be a bit expensive for the food here. Plenty of parking as it’s in a plaza mall.

I tried the classic plain bagel with cream cheese and a smoked salmon bagel, and both were incredibly flavorful. Sometimes it can be a bit of a challenge to find a spot to sit, and the space may not be entirely optimized to seat an ideal amount of patrons. But aside from that, this is by far my favorite local coffee spot.Parking: There are two free parking lots, one on each end of the street where the coffee shop is. One is a little inconspicuous, on the end of The Boxing Donkey. The other is around the corner, across Lincoln Street from the Beauty Bar. There is also very limited street parking.

Roland Thompson: While I normally loath advertising during my morning coffee and reading a favorite news … PEETS corporate network admins have apparently blocked all ads in my NY Time app. when I use the PEETS wifi Which is great! Not sure how NY Times advertising would feel about that but is not my problem. However, it’s a pain when I can’t get to legitimate sites and have to disable PEETS wifi. As a techie myself I can easily see that this is an issue in PEETS corporate network administrators. Here are a few screenshots. Enjoy! This info is purely for PEETS corporate.
